I used to order here all the time even left a good review. I tried ordering through the app one time like 7 times and it kept... saying cant process but then my bank showed -54 dollars from it. I emailed corporate, and called the store and I left my nameand number for the manager to call me, but he never did. Corporate got back to me like 2 weeks later after the charges werefixed. The app slowly automatically refunded each charge within a span of a week. It's the fact that I wasn't even called toeven be told like hey I apologize that happend and to give it a couple business days and it should sort its self out. Im notgoing back to this location. Wonder why theyre not open? Because we walked out. I worked for Smoothie King for 4.5 yrs. I managed the 132nd&Maple location... until being moved over to 90th&Center at the beginning of this year. Please do not support the Omaha Smoothie King locations.The new owner does not deserve your business. Myself and 5 others were left with no choice but to walk out after he failed topay us on time due to his lack of responsibility and care for his employees. When asked for a solution (because we were gettingpaid 3 days late and it was over Easter weekend) he completely ignored us. He failed to provide a solution to those who neededtheir paycheck, because he simply does not care or understand the struggles that some of us face in todays economy. I hatedhaving to walk out, but it was my only choice considering I could not put up with the mental toll of having an uncaring andmanipulative boss who was rarely present and continuously piled more and more work onto me with no compensation at all. 4managers and 5 employees have quit since he has taken ownership this year. Im not usually one to speak out like this, but aftereverything that I was put through AND the most recent petty game of him denying to give those who walked out their hard earnedtips, im left with no choice. Please consider taking your business over to the 72&Cornhusker location in Papillion. Im sure theywould appreciate you a lot more over there. Read more
Great staff and great drinks! Only problem is they open later than the other stores and since this one is on my way to school,... it sucks not being able to grab a smoothie before school starts. But regardless it's still a great establishment with the bestsmoothies Read more

We have been here several times and always enjoy our smoothies. Highly recommend trying the smoothies from here. $5 any 32oz... smoothies promotion is still good. Read more
The manager on 132nd is rude and because of him I will not be going there any more. His customer service is the worst I have... ever experience. The juices are great and the other employees are amazing.. however the manager he?s horrendous. Read more
