Everytime you specifically ask for whip cream they NEVER PUT IT ON!! It's even advertised with whip and u can even say it when... ordering, still NEVER ON !!! if you pay 7$ for a coffee it could at least be like advertised and ordered!!! Delicious! Super nice, friendly & FAST service from staff everytime I go there (a coue times a week)! They even give you a free... "pup cup" treat for your dog when you have your dog with you! My dog even loves going there! My favorite way to start my day! Read more
I went for multiple coffees and they got mine correct...however the one that was most important (blended chi w/almond milk) was... not make with almond milk! I don't understand how that was messed up. My mother got sick because she is lactose intolerant.Usually this location gets it right. I don't go anywhere but scooters for my coffee but they need to make sure they are gettingorders correct even if the staff is friendly and nice. Read more
So scooters claimed to provide a free drink to all veterans w proper I'd. There was nothing mentioned about 1 drink per car.... Both of us are veterans and the girls were told that they could only provide 1 drink per car even if the veterans had theirid's. This is wrong and discriminatory. And shame on the manager, not thegirls, they were following orders. Well up until todayI frequented this scooters.no more I am done with giving them my business. They are so Chingy they want to tell a veteran couplethst they can only get one drink. So hope the other drink went to waste and the manager lost money. Furthermore it's a shamebecause I really like this scooters and the staff, but the manager is obviously Chingy and doesn't believe that a husband andwife can both be veterans. My blended caramelicious was so watery and loose I asked they remake it and they did. The remade one didn?t taste like a... caremelicious at all. I couldn?t drink it, what a waste. I will stick to my regular location on 132nd for the best drinks. Notsure what?s going on with some of these locations. Read more
