Let me start by saying that I typically do not leave bad reviews. I get that mistakes happen, all stores are short staffed and... everyone is just doing their best right now. That being said, please save your time and money and go to a different coffeeshop. My husband and I stopped at this location this morning and ordered two of their signature fall drinks, the maple spicecold brew with cream. No modifications, simple order. We knew there was an issue when we pulled up to the window and we wereasked if we wanted cream in our cold brews, so I politely confirmed what we ordered and she said the drinks were maple spicecold brew with cream. I looked at the drinks which we?re almost transparent and I knew it was likely wrong but since sheconfirmed we proceeded with our order, took the drinks and went on our way. These drinks were so bad. They honestly didn?t eventaste like they had coffee in them. The last 3 times I have given this location a try my drinks have been horribly wrong. Ididn?t go back and ask for a different drink or refund. It?s honestly on me for trying scooters again. Just want to give othersa heads up. Read more
The worst experience and service ever. I purchased a burrito and it was extremely soggy and didn?t seem to be done. I went back... and explained what was wrong, gave them the burrito and ordered something different. Kauren or Karen, can?t remember her nameexactly, charged me for the new item and didn?t refund my burrito. She said ?there?s nothing we can do about that because wedon?t necessarily make them.? Just went through the drive thru an hour before close and the had no brewed coffee only specialty drinks.Never seen anything... like this in my life.How does a coffee shop not have regular coffee a good hour before they close.What a shame! Read more
I?m a frequent Scooter?s customer but this is the worst location I?ve experienced. My drink had a giant hair in it and wasn?t... made with the right milk either. I even came at a slow time in the evening. Read more
I have yet to get a call back from the manager. They?re was an issue with my order where they charged me 18 dollars for Two... medium drinks and one was supposed to be free. I spoke to the workers about this issue many times and all they said was thatthey were going to let the manager know to give me a call. It?s been a month and a few weeks and I still haven?t receive a call.I?m super upset for this matter as I am a usual customer. Read more
There was an issue with the price of my usual order and I called, talked to the manager.. EXCELLENT customer service, she saved... me headache to deal with my bank which would have been an over draft fee of 1 cent. Used to be great as a Crane location. Ordered a Molten Chocolate latte. What Ingot wasn't correct, and was barely drinkable as a... mocha. Other locations have made them just fine. Guess I won't go back to this location. Read more
