Waited almost 15 minutes in line when there was only two cars ahead of me and when I finally got my smoothie, it was mostly ice... with barely any flavor for over $6.. it's hard to spend that much on a medium smoothie when I know it's just made with fruitpuree containing a lot of sugar but it's just so darn delicious I can't stop going back. Worse experience I?ve had at a scooters yet! The ?manager? was so rude and disrespectful and when I asked for his name to report... to the store owner or to scooters for my dissatisfaction he declined to give it to me stating he was u comfortable? Tried tocharge me for a bagel I didn?t order and didn?t make my drink right and tried to tell me it was right and I was wrong!! I haveordered this same drink for months I?d think I know what adding heavy cream (light brown color) and not adding cream (basicallyblack coffee) looks like! I recently had a not so great experience at scooters and had sent in an email regarding how I felt. Scooters was quick to... respond and fix the situation. Alex, the manager at this location, personally reached out to me to correct what hadhappened. This place is so good! Its a nice atmosphere, great workers! Good drinks! I have to say this is better than Starbucks!
