Came around 5:20 today and the girls working were SO RUDE. I got 2 blended caramelicious drinks and asked for extra caramel... drizzle in the cups (ik it doesnt come with it, I say extra bc i like a lot) and she repeated what I said, so i know she heardme correctly. I got to the window and saw both girls look at me, then one go on her phone and i sat there for 2 mins beforepaying, then AFTER I pay she started making the drinks. I sat there for another 5-6 minutes before getting our drinks, againwhile the girls were sitting on their phones. The drinks had no drizzle in the cups, were complete liquid not blendedconsistency but like a normal iced drink consistency bc they neglected it in the blender the whole time they were on theirphones, and one drink had a broken lid that wouldnt stay on no matter what. The worst, rudest, and slowest scooters in omaha.And Im not sure why my 2 drinks were $16 when online it says a caramelicious blender is $4.75? Read more
The three times I've been to this location they have ruined my drink. I keep thinking to myself the convenience is worth giving... them another shot. This store is down the road from my house, literally 2 minutes away and i guess I'll just go to other storeswhere they can fulfill my simple request. Read more
Thank you to the baristas that brought me to tears with their kindness this morning. I?m a new mom that was having a ROUGH day.... I forgot my wallet and thought I called this Scooters to see if they would accept Apple Pay, but I apparently called a differentlocation. The girls working were really sweet.The coffee was mediocre, but I can't stand Starbucks. The Carmel muffin was good, but would... have been better with less sugar. I think their pricing is a bit high for mediocre coffee. Still prefer them to Starbucks whichgives me a headache every time. Read more
I love scooters but the new one on 72nd near Grover already lost a few customers. We went thru the drive-thru and ordered our... drinks. After receiving the drinks one was not even mixed well you could see all of it in the bottom of the cup. They were bothvery runny!! Like water!! We went back to the drive-through and the girl on the speaker told us that they could make our drinksnew. When we got to the window the girl who made the drinks came and proceeded to tell me that we were wrong that it was becausean extra shot was added to the drink is why it didn?t mix well and also why it was runny. I have been getting blended drinksforever from scooters at different locations and never had a problem and if I did they corrected it right then and there. I?venever had anybody argue back with me and basically tell me I was wrong about everything. She finally asked me if I wanted tohave my drink redone. I told her after arguing with her for the last 10 minutes I didn?t want nothing to do with them and nothank you for the New drink. it took me forever to find the telephone number to speak to her manager about it I had to callother scooters to get the number and when they asked me what was wrong and I told them they offered to make me a new drink attheir location how thoughtful but I told them it wasn?t necessary I just wanted the manager to know that her staff argues withtheir customers and are very rude. I will never be returning there and I don?t suppose with this kind of attitude they?ll bestaying at that location for very long I Was told there are different owners to different scooters so that can be thedifference in what kind of service you get my suggestion don?t go to 72 By Grover unless you want bad customer service the othergirl who was working was sweeter than ever.
