The first time I went to this location, I ordered one drink and it was wrong. Decided to go again. I ordered 2 drinks and the... everything sandwich. One drink was wrong (which fine) the sandwiches were both ice cold, so I went in to ask for it to be fixed,the girl was rude and I asked if I could get napkins this time and she made a face. All I asked was for THEIR mistake to befixed! There were 6-7 girls working and only one had a smile and looked like she was putting in effort. There was 1 lady waitingbehind me and it took them 10 minutes for her drink and they didn?t say a word to the lady behind me for 5 minutes. When thephone rang, no one even attempted to answer it! This is a really nice, big Scooter's location. They have a huge indoor seating area that also has an office/meeting room with a... door that you can use. There is a nice small patio area out back, so that keeps the traffic noise from 120th & Blondo away fromyou as you enjoy your caffeine. Everyone working there was super nice, that includes the person that took my order as well asthe barista that made our order. Everything was made correctly and we enjoyed our drinks in the confusion indoor seats. Read more
Friendly and fast! New favorite is the iced coffee with butterscotch cold foam!!
I used to come here frequently because it is a block away from my house. I noticed the coffee tastes watered down almost like... they?re reusing the grounds. When I pay upwards of 9 dollars for a drink with extra shots it shouldnt look like coffee withextra extra cream. Disappointing! I now drive to a different location MUCH BETTER. Whenever we travel finding "good" coffee is a must. Scooter's coffee was great! I would say the lady at the drive thru was... what made it even better for us. Pleasantly chatty and personable and that extra touch helped add to making mother's dayspecial. Read more
They do a really good job here. All of their employees are super nice and professional. Right now the wind chill is -40 and the... manager-I think- just brought in three portable heaters due to the premise being cold. Every worker is just a can do person atthis location. Highly recommend! Read more
