Great work environment with comfortable and private seating areas! Love the smell of coffee and music to do my work!
GO TO THE SCOOTERS AT 135TH AND CALIFORNIA or IN ROCKBROOK VILLAGE! The staff at this location were very friendly, however,... when I asked about being able to use my own CLEAN reusable mug, I was told they can't do that since Covid. While I understandthat reasoning I also question why they sell reusable Scooters large coffee mugs if you can't actually reuse them at Scooters. I love Scooter's and want to be able to support them, but I also want to be thoughtful of our environment and try to help undueall the single use plastics bring thrown out everyday since Covid. If you are also a person looking to support locations thatemphasize environmental conservation, GO TO THE SCOOTERS AT 135TH AND CALIFORNIA or IN ROCKBROOK VILLAGE! One star not because of the service or product. One star because of their procedures to clean. I get it you need to clean the... floor. Do you need to do it in the middle of the afternoon? The employee literally took a pitcher of solution dumped it aroundon the floor, went and got a mop, spread the solution around on part of the floor and called it good. Didn?t move the chairsaround to clean the floor, just spread it around with a mop quickly. Reminded me of if I were to ask my 4 yr old to sweep outthe garage. The fumes from the solution was horrendous. It burned my eyes, irritated my throat, gave me a headache and upsetstomach. I finally left the place, couldn?t handle it. The employee spent maybe a total of 5 minutes ?cleaning? why not just doit at closing? Especially if you are going to use a solution with that kind of fumes. Again, I am all for cleanliness, there wasnot much cleaning that occurred and again the fumes irritated eyes, throat, headache, and stomach. UPDATE - the activeingredient in the cleaner this store uses is Nonylphenol Ethoxylate. This is on the EPAs list to reduce use of in the future.Its highly toxic to aquatic life. Its been found the human body and is associated with reproductive and development issues inrodents(via the EPA website). Toxic Free Future states " There are also concerns about the effects on human health, includingreproductive, nervous system, and immune effects." Maybe I am extra sensitive to this chemical, regardless why would a businessuse this chemical when there are much safer options? Read more
They have better pumpkin drinks than Starbucks in my opinion. Although I like Starbucks cold foam toppimg more. I think they use... pumpkin egg nog for the cold foam, so id recommend that Read more
Wonderful workers!!!! The best coffee and customer service I have had Ina while. Also plenty of comfortable seating.
Employee that took care of me and my date was super nice and made a tasty Carmel Frappuccino!
Clean location with great seating options for work or gather. The drinks are standard, if you know scooters than you know. If... not, give it a try, you won?t regret it. Read more
Staff is always friendly and the drinks are excellent. Cinnamon rolls are my favorite breakfast item.
