I ordered the turkey sandwich and was sad that it tasted very bland. It claims to have put olives and veggies on it but all I... could taste was squishy bread comparabile to light corn bread texture without the flavor of course, with warm turkey meat and acouple pieces of lettuce. There were no olives on mine. Very disproportionate toppings for a shop that mostly makes sandwiches.More bread than inside toppings. The best part of my meal was the bag of chips. Food was good as usual. Front service was aweful. Too busy filling take out orders to acknowledge the eat-in guests. The... restaurant was absolutely filthy. Trash on the floor, trash on tables, barely a table clean, fountain drink area was gross. Tealooked like it had been sitting forever. I have experienced this the past couple times I have dined in. I would give this place 2.5 which is the average based on 2 experiences here. The sandwich was pretty good ? the pizza was just... so-so. Also please make sure the tea dispenser is clean. It just looks iffy. Idk. Read more
I would give it zero stars if I could. Placed a mobile order. Showed up ten minutes later and order isn't ready. Okay, it's... fine. THIRTY MINUTES AFTER THAT. I ordered a Caesar salad with baked potato soup and a large iced tea. Somehow when I went into the cart, the iced tea was not... there so I added an iced tea and when my order arrived at work there were two iced teas. I requested Caesar dressing with mysalad and got NO DRESSING AT ALL. I ordered Sour cream and onion chips and they gave me someone else's chips, and how do I knowthey were for someone else....the receipt for John W was in my bag along with my own receipt. I also asked for NO GREEN ONION onmy soup but still, there was GREEN ONION on the soup. Good thing I don't have a food allergy. I'm not sure what is going on butI think you all need to get it together and respond to all comments, good and bad to keep your customers happy. Schlotzsky's was phenomenal... The sandwiches are wonderful and the calzone was superb. The sodas are large, the helpings are... big, and they're very tasty. I had the calzone the Italian type, and I could only eat half of it. It was huge. It was extremelygood with ham, mozzarell , pepperoni, I think salami, and I think tomatoes. Whatever was in it it was delicious. They had twoother types of calzone, a French dip and then don't remember the other one but all three of them looked very good... My lunchcompanions had the sandwiches and could hardly finish them either. The helpings are just very large and very generous. I highlyrecommend it for lunch, for an afternoon snack, for an early dinner, or for whenever you're hungry.. the place is clean, andcool. They are equipped with a very large fan in case he gets hot, but they didn't need it today. Go there you'll like it.. Read more

Horrible service. These workers might be the dumbest people I?ve ever met in my life. No one knows what they?re doing. No ice,... no paper towels, trash cans full. Lady then proceeds to break the fountain drink machine trying to put ice in and coke goeseverywhere and they just left it there for 15 minutes. One worker just randomly answered her phone while working while I waswaiting for her to put ice in. They Messed up orders after a thirty minute wait for food.
