First visit with some friends. Food was absolutely delicious! Open air, spacious dining area. Fair pricing as well. Definitely... recommend! Read more

Salween has some awesome dishes and some of my favorite Thai food in Omaha but unfortunately the portion sizes have gotten so... small that it almost doesn't seem worth it anymore. $12-15 for a meal that barely fills you up. There are other options thatgive you more for your money these days. Hopefully this changes Read more

I've been here twice, both with family. The Pad Thai, which has peanuts, is good. Either the Drunken Ramen or Drunken Noodles is... also a great choice. The wait staff asks you to pick your spice level 1-10 for your plate. If you like flavor but not that muchheat go with a 3 or 4. If you want your throat to tingle for 30 minutes after you are done eating go with 10. Read more

Never written a review for restaurant before but I felt its necessary as we live in times where hygiene is everything. I would... keep my eyes open and would definitely not come here unless there is a sea change. Before even going to the restaurant I knowfrom the google reviews the food is not of good quality. I ordered Thai Tea and Sweet Rice and disappointed thorougly. The icetea has a fruit fly which I am lucky to spot but only after taking couple of sips. I confirmed with the waiter promptly.Requested another Ice Tea and was promptly given but was packaged so messy that it leaked. The sweet rice dessert isnt sweet atall! The only plus point are those waiters who greet and hear your concerns. I once ordered from Salaween but I got thedelievrye from the one which is far away from my home. So I tried ordering from Uber Eats, only to find out this restaurantdoesnt deliver despite being close to home. Overall scary and disappointing for me. PS: If you really dont want hygienic foodplease visit this restaurant. Read more

Very pathetic restaurant. They are going down the drain: 1. Their prices have become super expensive. They have raised it by... 20-30% 2. Portion is drastically reduced, at least by 40% 3. They are adamant to serve outside, but they have chairs and tables.Very strange. 4. When you order a take out, the just throw stuffs in bag. They are very unaccommodating, disorganized andadamant. They lost me as a customer. Read more

20-50% price increase + smaller portions = lost me as a customer. I used to eat at Salween 2-4 times a month but this will be... my last time. In addition to increasing the price for this dish by 20%, they?ve also been cutting down the portion sizesignificantly. This is about half of how much you used to get. Even the containers they use are a lot smaller now and the foodstill doesn?t fill it. This is something a couple of my friends have noticed as well. Other dishes have had a bigger price hikesuch as pad thai with a 50% increase. A price increase on its own is fine but not when you also serve a much smallerportion. Shame because I used to really enjoy eating here. Read more

My wife and I eat at a lot of Thai restaurants. I have tried the Pad Thai at them all. Saleen Thai Restaurant has some of the... best Pad Thai I've eaten, anywhere. My wife had the Kana Mu Crob, which was unbelievably flavorful! The waitress was polite, and responsive without being intrusive. This is definitely a must for Thai lover's! Read more

I was taken here by my Daughter that had eaten here before. The food was very good, and the value was spit on for everything but... one appetizer we ordered. I would give the over all food 5 stars, but I must only give the over all experience only a 4 star. The server was very inattentive and almost acted like he didn't want to be there. I will go back another time and give them asecond chance. At Over $20 a person, plus tip, I'd like to feel welcomed and be engaged a bit. Read more
