You order a meal kit like a number four and they don't charge you for that meal kit they charge you separate in other words... costing you more money it's very very crooked even when we question because they forgot one fry that was part of a meal kit theyonly charged hamburger drink and onion rings and the thing is it was ordered as a number for with two large onion rings how hardis that to listen to I really am very disappointed in this Runza it kind of reinforces why I really have not gone there muchbecause that happened to me 5 years ago in Wahoo so go figure I would not tell anybody to go to this one they're very rude andthey charge more than what you're supposed to pay and then they make you feel like an idiot and you question it through thedrive-thru Read more

Excellent location for a Family Dinner (with outdoor Playground)! There's been more than one hot summer evening our family has... patronized this location for Runzas and milkshakes, while the younger kids play on the equipment outside. Their signature Runzasandwiches are fun and unique (hamburger, cabbage, and a unique mixture of spices all in oven-baked bun), and their burgers andonion rings are above par for quality and pricing when it comes to fast food. This location needs to fry their French fries longer. I work nearby and often eat runza for lunch. I have learned to always... request my fries as extra crispy, otherwise they are pale and mushy. I worked at Runza for three years in high school, so I knowrunza fries are supposed to be a golden brown. Please drop your fries longer. Read more
Personally I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at a runza and this place is always pumping out good food.
I have been eating Runza every time I go to Omaha and have since I was a kid. Honestly, Runzas just don't do it for me anymore.... Not sure if the recipe has changed but I'm just not a big fan of the flavor any more. Anyway, this weekend I tried a burgerfor the first time. Oh my. One of the best fast food burgers ever. Easily as good as five guys. The fries are alsoawesome. Anyway, great burgers and fries at Runza! Go there! Great service too! Read more
