Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!! Walked in with my boyfriend (party of TWO) and there were no people waiting in line before us. We... stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be seating and saw 5 or 6 different employees walk past us and look at us but no one saidanything. A young girl then came up to the stand to seat us and acted as though she was about to seat us and took us to a tableand even tapped on it to gesture to sit down. We then sit down, and she looks at me and says ?is that where you want to sit? Iwas looking for an open table for you.? With a very rude tone and I responded ?you didn?t say anything and walked over here andtapped the table? and she scoffed and walked away. We left. DO NOT WASTE TIME. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. This isclearly a recurrence in other reviews I have read. This place does NOT deserve your money or time. Read more
Red Robin has really gone down hill from this experience. The customer service lacked, our meal did not come out correctly, the... food just totally lacked. I asked for a side of avocado slices for my burger.. they were already really brown.. the burger washardly sauced.. lack of condiments. We were never asked if we would like a fry refill. The restaurant really wasn't busy so Ithought things would be pretty smooth and good service but I wasn't impressed. Read more
Always love going to Red Robin for a great meal with great service. My waiter was extremely nice and very kind. The food was... great as it always is. I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich, it was so delicious and the pineapple on it tasted amazing. One ofmy favorite parts of going to Red Robin's is that they have bottomless root beer floats. Service was mediocre at best. No Cesar Salad available for the upgraded side? Why? Burger had great toppings, but you can tell... this is a processed previously frozen hamburger patty. The actual meat was tasteless. I don't understand the hype with theseover priced burgers?! 15 bucks for a 1/4lb burger? Um pass. Read more
I used to enjoy dinning here years ago. The location on Maple I stopped going years ago. I was hoping the 180 & center location... was still good but it also has gone down hill. Just walking in I could see it wasn't very clean. Our meal was less than ok.Fries were extremely greasy. The hamburger was salty & didn't taste fresh at all. Both if use didn't feel well after eating ourmeal. I won't be back. Read more
Great food and atmosphere. Fries kept coming out for our large table without us asking which was a huge plus. Salads were very... large and filling, burgers were fantastic. Wish I still had one nearby me, but I love dining here when we're in-town visitingfamily. Read more
I absolutely love this place! Over the years it has DRAMATICALLY improved. I'd say right now is the best red robin has ever... been! The only thing that keeps me from 5* is they have let the outside appearance go and it kept me from going back until arandom situation that landed me there. I encourage everyone to give it another go! And I encourage the owner to really spruceup the appearance of the outside areas! Read more
