Very good. Usually not bad but tonight was definitely top notch. Sometimes the chicken is kind of rubbery and the fries hard or... crunchy haha. But definitely best experience in a while just a bit ago. Must of had the A squad ! ???????? Keep up the greatwork team ! Read more

7/13/2021 Corporate and the franchise reached out after my initial review. In my opinion everyone makes mistakes but it is how... you address those mistakes that differentiates one business from the other. Cane's addressed my concerns admirably and I givethem credit for it. Plus 2 stars ???? ???? Well done. 6/26/2021 Ordered the box combo to split with my wife and asked for a cupfor water for her. They wouldn't give me a cup unless I paid for the cup. None of the other Cane's I've been to have done that. Then when we got the food only three of the chicken fingers were edible the fourth had next to no meat on it. For the limited menu they do, they do it all really well. I?d never been to this chain before and I?d say it was speedy and... delicious. We did ask for ketchup or some extra sauce and they didn?t include it which was a bummer. The Cane?s sauce is apeppery lemony ranch sort of taste, very unique and very tasty. The Cole slaw is creamy style with a good flavor and nice shredsof cabbage. The chicken is perfectly crispy and good chicken meat inside but a little dry without the cane?s sauce. The crinklecut fries really surprised me! They stayed crunchy even after the drive home instead of getting soggy like most crinkle friesdo. Although the fries definitely could have benefited from more salt or any kind of seasoning, they had great texture but werepretty bland without sauce. The Texas toast was just a nice buttery and soft piece of bread, nothing to rave about. The lemonadeand tea were pretty good but if you want 1/2 and 1/2 you gotta mix it yourself. The food is nowhere as good as Zaxby's but they don't have Zaxby's here so it's all we got. There special sauce taste like... season mayonnaise so if you hate mayo like me you will hate that sauce. Read more
