Went during lunch, steak was overcooked, bad looking lettuce, really small tacos. Soda machine was out of almost all soda... selections, empty napkin holders. Not a good experience at all. Staff was in different and towards the rude side. Read more
Placed an online order for pickup at 8:40pm. Arrived and doors were locked. I knocked on window and someone opened the door and... said they closed at 9:00. I said "Yeah, it's 8:40pm" and was told the website shouldn't have taken orders after 8:00. Again...they even said they're open until 9:00 but had doors locked by 8:40... I like that you get to pick what you want in you bowl or wrap. The food was good. Service was fast and friendly.
My experience at this location Was fantastic today. The team leader/manager and all of the staff really cared about the meal... they were making for me? a build your own surf and turf with some special requests. They were very patient when the online Qdobaapp was having some issues and it took me about five minutes to be able to pay my bill using my new rewards account. Yummyhealthy food too, so I highly recommend this establishment! Read more
Had to walk out, they were spraying windex cleaning solution all over the glass while food was exposed. They had no veggies or... meat ready with 4 employees standing around. Terrible Experience and I don?t usually write reviews. I was that disappointed. Ifeel bad for all the DoorDash orders being picked up with contaminated food. ???? mind you there was no line at 7:15pm on aThursday and they were acting like they were closed... I must say I had one of the top customer service experiences in my life ( and I?m 45! Haha) . I tried a new item, a cheese... crusted chicken quesadilla , and I can?t decide if the quesadilla or the service was more delightful. Super tasty as all Qdobas are! I love all the topping options. Very easy driveway to get in and out of as well.
Service wasn't horrible but the food was. They definitely don't know what birria is..it's litteraly just roast meat.
