I really enjoy this location. The staff is friendly, great location. However, the past few weeks I?ve gone it?s incredibly hot... in the building. It makes me feel terrible for the staff working in these conditions and I wish that it would be fixed ASAP. Read more
The food and service at this location is great but we?ve had now two bad experiences with pick-up orders. Went in to pick up an... online order that was supposed to be ready within 10 minutes but it wasn?t ready for thirty minutes. All the while, staff keptfulfilling walk in orders. Please don?t say an order will be ready in a certain timeframe if you cannot stick to it. Earlierthis year, I was asked to wait in line to pick up an online order during a busy time. Please don?t make pick-up orders wait inline if it is ready. The food had clearly been sitting on the warming table the entire time. Very good food. I love the ?big tuna?. The best thing though, is that the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have a... puppy, and we took him along with us inside of his carrier bag. The staff at Picklemans didn?t have a problem and allowed us toeat. That was awesome, and I was glad they were so accommodating. Additionally, the location is great, there is usually parkingon one side of the street. It will be a fantastic location once the street car gets up and running. Great restaurant!
