Even though they were extremely busy and short staffed the manager did an amazing job of keeping everything running smoothly and... keeping a good morale going with the employees and customers. She apologized to each customer personally for the wait time andher smile never left her face. Great job guys, keep up the amazing work! 3 stars because cleanliness is everything and the dining area could have been a bit cleaner than what it was. The ordering... counter was clean, The order chef was swift and did a very good job understanding my order. The entire crew behind the counterdid an amazing job being friendly and getting me through the line while making sure I had everything I needed and wanted. Thecrew did a job well done. Read more
I love Pepper Jax, but didn't have the best experience at this location. As a vegetarian, they did kindly offer to clean the... grill, but it wasn't as clean as I'm used to seeing it at other locations. They also must have been a bit stressed as the personringing us up was short with us. Read more
EXTERMINATOR needed!! While waiting to pay a roach ran out from somewhere on the counter and the cashier killed it. Also, the... manager at this location has a horrible attitude, he should practice good manners and now how to keep a clean establishment...ifthere's one roach there's several and they keep the lids off the beans and rice, so there's no telling what's falling in. Both my wife and I attempted to use the restroom here, but it was drenched with urine. The staff seemed exhausted and tired.... The staff did quickly fix my order of a steak Philly when they initially made it a steak rice bowl. There was an overall dirtysticky feeling to the location. We will not be returning. Read more
Portions are great, good flavor love visiting when we come back to visit. Rice bowl but have other choices.
The slowest service repeatable. We orders online at 1130 and still 1230 and no food. The employee is constantly saying ?there is... only two people working?- let?s move quicker and stop complaining. Read more
