Doordashed this, absolutely disgusting this is the fourth time they have messed this up an put god knows what in the steak bowl.... The food was great. Service was fast. The staff is friendly.
I give a high rating for Ann/Anne in drive thru. She is the first employee to smile and be completely professional with me.... Other employees greet me what "what do you want". I appreciate the smile and how genuine she was. I would appreciate being ableto see the people making food though. Read more
The lady that took the order misunderstood one of the orders and when we brought it up to their attention they were very polite... and apologetic. They quickly re-made the order correctly and the manager ensured we were content. Read more
I didn't get my whole order. The employees were unfriendly and unhelpful. The front counter girl was running around and appeared... to either be untrained or very confused. She had absolutely no customer service skills when she came back around the counterfrom messing with one of the customers in the dining area. I got greeted with "Yeah, what can I get you". They were out of theflavor of chips I ordered and at first the girl just said they were out of chips. Then when I asked about the ones on thecounter, she said "Yeah, you can grab some of those". When I got home the food was ice cold, the meat on my sandwich was cookedto death, as in almost black and crusty, and the cheese wasn't even melted into the sandwich. One of the worst experiences I'vehad with this company. Now there are 2 area locations I will never go to again. I am considering not spending any more of mymoney with this company just out of principle. This is the 4th awful experience with this company but the first at thislocation. At this location they don't cook/prepare the food In front of you. I enjoyed watching my food made, and felt like this kept... quality up as well. Call me spoiled but I knew how I wanted my food. Being able to tell them "oh just a couple olives" or "morelettuce please" made the food way better. I will go to other pepper jax but I won't be returning to this location. Read more
Absolutely disgraceful. My wife and daughter waited close to an hour for a steak bowl before asking for an ETA on the food. They... literally mocked them for a response. After finally receiving their food some time later my wife realized her food was basicallythrown in a bag with her drink only 3/4 the way full. My wife turned around and went into the store to return the food which hadbeen untouched. The cashier said her manager was busy. I called the store and left a message. Waiting for a response and refundfor this truly terrible experience. Will be trying to contact corporate or bbb tomorrow if there is no correspondence as statedin the voicemail left earlier. Read more
