The gentleman in the drive-thru was very pleasant. The food was delivered quickly and the philly was good. I was just sad the... cheese wasn?t melted. But the person serving you food having tattoos and piercings has nothing to do with the service. I?m notsure what old man river from 1925 was whining about. Y?all did a great job! Read more
Seeing poor reviews on here honestly confused me. I've been to this PepperJax 10+ times, and multiple others over the years, and... this location is incredibly clean, quick, and has a great staff. I wish I knew the name of who I assume to be the manager - sheis always quick on her feet, so kind and has a contagious smile that makes my day. I'm not sure how an employee's hair color orpiercings could possibly negatively effect the food. If anything, it's doing something magical to mine, cause it tastes amazingper usual! I appreciate them always giving me the insane amount of banana peppers I request. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Read more
When the grill was up front the food was much better and didn?t long to get your food. Now that the grill is in the back, it... takes twice as long to receive your food. I really hope that they do not change other locations to the grill in the back. Iordered nachos and they had juice in the bottom of them. My husbands sandwich was dry and the fireball kick was not there. Iknow Pepper Jacks can do better, it?s always been better! Read more
Why in the hell was I just asked for a tip at a fast food restaurant? Do you not pay your people enough at an hourly wage? If... not why am I not asked for a refill as I eat? The most I saw was they delivered my food to my table and never to be seen again. Read more
When did piercings in your face and rainbow hair become acceptable in customer facing service industries? Food is ?meh? The... fact that the hiring manager, and therefore the company seems to have such low hiring standards makes me worry about what otherbad decisions go on behind the scenes. Probably won?t be back. Listen to the other reviews, they missed the mark with this new location. Moving the grill to the back was a terrible idea, not... sure who thought of that. We have been here twice, each time our order was either wrong or cold, plus the portion sizes aresmaller. We have attributed both these issue to the grill being moved to the back. Hopefully they don?t remodel the otherlocations. You know what they say, if it ain?t broke don?t fix it. Read more
Just ordered a rice bowl. My chicken is so cold and the lettuce is see through, looks wilted and old. Edited to add: I just... ordered a rice bowl and a burrito. I?ll start with rice bowl, I paid $10 for a scoop of rice and a pinch of lettuce?! I attachedPhotos. Now my burrito. Beans are cold, peppers and onions are not sautéed at all. This pepperjax location is not good. Iprobably Won?t come back to this location. Have yet to have a good experience. Which sucks because I love the convenience of thedrive through! Read more
I ordered 2 Philly steak sandwiches and fries. The screen and my receipt was correct. I wanted no onions because I hate onions... and there were more onions that steak. Won't be returning. Read more
