The mask mandate has been lifted. Why are mask still required at this location? Is this just a personal preference. Anyway I... have a complaint your worker was in a really foul mood told him I wanted fresh sauce on my pizza, sauce that wasn't taintedwith cheese. He starts tossing stuff up and slamming doors. Annoying, if anything I already had a long day at work I wasn't inthe mood for this toddler tantrums. If you cant adjust to people with food allergies or even take it serious then say that. We love the salads at Papa Murphy?s But we just visited the store at 90th and Fort. Oh my gosh! The salads were $3 more than... other stores and the container wasn?t even full. The lettuce tasted and looked old. Very disappointed! Read more
I love Papa Murphy's! Great service, great food, great people. They do their best to make the customer's happy and so many... customers don't find that to be good enough, which is so many comments on here are negative. This is one of the last PapaMurphy's in Omaha, and now they get all the customer's from all the old stores. Not only that, but they have online ordering aswell, and still take call in orders, plus walk-ins. They are constantly working and trying to finish orders, while continuing toprep food, clean, and train other employees, as many employees are quitting constantly after only working two weeks. So many newemployees can't handle working at such a busy place, and that's why their constantly quitting. The staff that does stay, iswonderful. I've worked at Papa Murphy's for 3 years, as a highschool student, and I remember what went on there, and so Iunderstand how misunderstanding and unappreciated, this business is. I love Papa Murphy's, it's a good place to eat, work, andthe people who manage this place are great! Please stay kind, humble, and understanding, to the employee's, and to thebusiness. This place WAS our fav pizza spot in Omaha but NOT after the horrible experience with staff, food not being fresh, order was... trash. Paul was rude laughed under his breath while making excuses for their poor service and said he doesn?t get paid foranswering calls! This place is a JOKE! GM Bryan was out of line hanging up after I expressed my concerns and overall wasunacceptable treatment to a paying customer. Had an excuse and reason for the bad food and service then just hanging up in myface just was so out of line. Paul and Bryan both need to be retrained on how to deal with Customer complaints and no excuse forthe bad service. Papa Murphy?s will not get anymore business from our family or friends. Social media heard it first and I hopethey can get some new people hired who can be more professional and presentable etiquette for Customer relations. Worst experience at Papa Murphy's I have ever had. They don't do military discounts like almost every other location does. We... called in an order and they wouldn't honor their own online specials. Waited 15 minutes in the store to pick up my pizzas thatwere ready because no one was at the register when one guy was just aimlessly walking around and the other guy was makingvarious call in orders. Excellent Pizza prepared for you to take and bake at your convenience. Can call ahead or order in store. Ready very quickly.... Also features a punch card, when filled you receive a free pizza! Also available-fresh salads and chocolate chip cookie doughthat you take and bake yourself. Quite Delicious. Prices very reasonable. Read more
