Closes at 7:00 pm during the week? Twice now I have tried to order on the app only to be denied. How about at least 8 or 9?

I was a customer of the location on 156th & Q(closed) so I drove to this location. The owner was great and made my pizzas to... order! Told him he has a new customer! My next visit was unpleasant, missing topping, tried to call next day, person was goingto give credit for next pizza but wouldn't return to our call. I stopped in to the store and the girl was again unpleasant buttrying her best to only give me a refund on the topping because we ate the pizza we received and baked after they were closed!So not only will I not return to Papa's location, but this might explain why the other location had to close if these 2 girlsworked there too!! I hope the owner reads this, he gained me as a customer, but your employees lost me quickly! Read more

Store opened at 11:00am, arrived at 11:08am with no other customers in the store and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I... understand there are online orders, but for a "take and bake" pizza place a 2 hour wait for an in-store customer is justridiculous. Read more
