The girls at this location are wonderful. However, the male who took my phone call and at the register tonight was extremely... rude. He refused to take my order over the phone, saying he?ll only take my order if I came into the store. When I got to thestore I saw a sign behind him saying ?call ins? I asked if there was any specials because online there was, he rudely said no. Iproceed to order and he acts like I?m an inconvenience the whole time, I ask for cheesy bread he said there?s none. Anotherworker overhears and corrects him saying there is some. She kindly says she?ll check and there is. I don?t know what his problemwas but it was terrible costumer service on his part. I know work isn?t always fun but I would personally never treat someone sorudely even if I?m having a bad day. Read more

Papa Murphy's pizza...as dependable as Starbucks. One knows what one is getting. Very consistent.

Friendly service and ready when I went to pick it up. Of coarse I did a great job of baking it. Lol

Very disappointed! We ordered a gourmet vegetable pizza without tomatoes, guess we messed up assuming they would prepare as... ordered and didn't check before leaving! Got home noticed it was made incorrectly, called and they offered to remake it but whenI told them it was inconvenience the gentlemen on the phone said is that it? Maybe they should be taught a little customerservice and atleast apologize for the inconvenience. When I walked in I still had to wait for it and the young man seemedannoyed that I came back for the correct item. Another young man walked up and asked if everything was okay and when I explainedI ordered no tomatoes and it was full of tomatoes he just said okay, still no apology??????? the only reason for two states isit is good pizza! Haven't been to Papa Murphy's in a few years and needed a quick and easy dinner. Stopped in and got a large pie, cheese bread... and a s'mores dessert. I was in and out in literally 4 minutes. Food was excellent and simple. Definitely recommended. Read more
