Every time I go to this Panera they mess up my order. Breakfast sandwich with scrambled egg and bacon, the egg is over easy.... Next time, the egg is scrambled but it?s sausage. Leave items out of my delivery order, which I pay higher menu pricesfor. Every sandwich comes with chips or baguette so how do you seal a bag shut with only a sandwich in it? the receipt on thefront says chips. 5 small orders in a row, 0 correct. Read more
Portions are incredibly small, spent $20 on a salad soup and smoothie, I knew it was going to be pricier but the Caesar salad... was a half full container of lettuce with 3 croutons, the soup was great just a little small. Sat in the drive thru for wellover 30 minutes despite being only the 3rd waiting to order and got eaten up by bugs presumably from the plants outside while Iwas waiting. Service at the window was existent and service at the speaker was great. Read more
I always ordered the Madagascar vanilla latte and it was always good but today i got the worst one ever. My drink came with no... taste of coffee or vanilla flavor, i took the first sip and i thought i was wrong but after the 3rd sip, i felt like i wasdrinking hot plain milk. I brought my drink back to the store and asked if i could have my drink remade, the lady was very niceand friendly, after a couple minutes waiting i got it done but then i figured out it was the same cup (because my lipstick stainis still on the lid), they never remade the drink for me, they just warmed it up and added some milk foam on it. It still tastesbland just like milk. Apparently this is my last time at Panera Bread! Read more
This Panera location was very busy but still had a good variety of bagels left. They even refreshed all the coffees in the lobby... really quickly. The food was really tasty especially the 4 cheese souffle. It was right at 11 so the switch over from breakfastto lunch and everything was still prepared quickly. Read more
My wife & I stopped here on a lazy Sunday morning about 10:30 am. As we approach the front entrance, garbage is overflowing the... garbage can on the front patio. A total turnoff to us, we almost left. I'm actually surprised it was suggested by my wife, asthe last few visits we've had in the last 6 mos. have been terrible experiences. There is one particular associate at the frontcounter who has such a bad disposition, not really rude, everything is a bother and seems like she has no desire to work. Thecoffee bar was out of sleeves and God forbid you should ask for them to be restocked. It seemed like such an awful task to berequested. Our quality of food was good this time, but how can you mess up a cinnamon crunch bagel & a cinnamon roll. The men'srestroom was fairly clean, soap dispenser broken, a bottle of soap provided. The dining room was actually fairly clean comparedto our last visit. We were able to find a clean table this time. Read more
What an abomination of overpriced, grade school level, cafeteria food. This place is a shell of its former self from the 2002... era when it was actually good. The food I was served is rotting and poorly crafted by a mob of angry employees. The fact theywould even serve up browned, smelly and spoiled tasting guacamole is beyond my comprehension. The French onion soup hadprepackaged shredded cheese dumped on it. They didn?t even bother melting it. While I stood in line awaiting the creation ofthis aborted concoction, the staff / cooks / inmates could be heard yelling and fighting amongst themselves. The place is abetter fit to be a traveling circus or prison yard. For the $20 I was charged for this nightmare of a lunch experience, I?llnever, ever step foot back in here. Delicious meal. Had the broccoli cheddar cup of soup and the chicken salad half sandwich. Also had the chicken noodle soup with... half a chicken ceasar salad. The restueant was a bit busy and dirty. You have to get your food from the counter now and throwaway your dishes in the dump bin. Cost about $10.50 each with the pick 2 deal. Read more
We went there the night of Nov 5th. The place looked like it had been trashed. Trash all over the floor, pop all over the... counters, employees standing around but told us they wouldn't take our order and we had to use the kiosk. No plastic utensilsfor our food and when we asked for some they handed the 3 of us 1 spoon. The drink station was disgusting. No tables were wipeddown. When we finally got our food the soup was cold. I questioned the integrity of all of it. Dead insects on the wood windowledges, it was the worst experience I've had in a very long time. I never complain and usually have a lot of grace for things, but there was no excuse for this. Especially when the staff was either standing around or running out to the parking lot tovisit with friends that pulled in. We witness people leave the drive through upset as well. Read more
