Reviews for Panda Express in Omaha, NE
I have always loved Panda Express since I was a child. Most people do!! They?re amazing that?s why you?re always busy! However,... the service and quality of food is location based and employee based. I have had a few mini issues when I?ve ate here personallyor gotten take out, but I am also a door dasher part time and every time I door dash to this location it?s always an issue. Iunderstand it?s busy, especially on a weekend. I can definitely understand that. However, when I am told to pick food up for acustomer at 6:00pm and I arrive at 5:57pm and was told it?s 3 more mins til they bag it, I expect that. I reached out to mycustomer and let them know it?ll be a few minutes late and they?re okay with that! I waited patiently as every other dasher andcustomer got their food, for 35 minutes. No one came to me with an update, or at least tell me up front the realistic time thisorder will be done. That transparency matters to me, and to the customer that I?m delivering too. If it was my food, I wouldlike to know why it?s taking so long. Aside from poor communication, the staff seemed overwhelmed and lost because it was hecticas it was dinner rush on a cold Sunday. This caused me to ask about my order because I see that some of them were confused and alot was going on. When I asked what?s taking so long and if my order will be ready soon because my customer is very upset nowand is worried about her food not being hot when she receives it. That is where my biggest issue was because the girl I talkedtoo named Irene, was very rude and didn?t seem like she cared. I get being flustered and that somethings are out of her control, but you have to deliver with sympathy and understanding when in customer service. I did not receive that. Once I asked and madeit a big deal, they found the receipt and it was ready and bagged up in 5 mins!!!!!! Not only could it have been done faster iftheir system flowed better to handle peak hours but they could care and communicated bet Read more

Panda Express is always a great place to go to if you want something different for fast food. Thankfully these Panda Express... have drive-through.. It's a better choice than going to Taco Bell or McDonald's for me. It feels a lot healthier and the qualityof the food is pretty good for the most part. Also this location has pretty good customer service. Always smiling and ready toMake your plate. Read more
Had good food. The food is also priced reasonably and they give good portions. Always had good service here as well. It is... usually a short line which is nice as it allows you to get your food quickly. I think the quality is pretty decent as well. Thenice thing is that it is enough food for a couple days. Sure, it isn?t ?authentic? (whatever that really means). But, it ispriced right and you get plenty of food. Read more
It's barely food and definitely not Chinese food. It may have been once but hasn't been for years. Do yourself a favor and go... somewhere else. I'm not joking. This isn't Chinese food. While it is edible, so technically food, it won't taste good or benutritious. Frozen Chinese from the grocery store is better than the hot mess you'll be served here! Read more
Good alternative solution if you have no chance find Chinese buffet in your location. Good assortment. But... any Chinese buffet... offered more interesting by price. In Panda Express your spends will more. I just few times use Panda Exprees and think thatprefer personally any Chinese buffet. More smart for save money. Read more
Honey walnut shrimp is literally shrimp drenched in honey. Might as well order it for dessert. The other location out west does... a better job at controlling the amount of honey that goes into it. Read more
