My wife and I went to try this place out today. We left very disappointed. For $14 we got 2 small bowls of frozen yogurt and the... frozen yogurt we did get had a very acidic, carbonated taste but was supposed to be chocolate? Definitely tasted as though ithad gone bad?.. only go here if you want to pay an arm and a leg for rancid frozen yogurt. Not impressed. Read more

This location is extremely dirty, the walls, all the tables and chairs, the couch, the floors and the glass. There were a lot of... flies inside landing on the toppings. Read more

We live in small town Iowa and the nearest Orange Leaf is 100 miles away, so when in Omaha last weekend, I thought it was worth... it to drive 20 miles out of my way to the Orange Leaf @ 1110 S 71st St. It definitely wasn't worth the trip. The girls werevery unfriendly (this was Saturday, July 30th around 3:00). I got the coconut yogurt and cheesecake yogurt and one of them wasfreezing cold and maybe rancid is how I'd describe it. It felt like it was going to burn my mouth as cold as it was. I wasreally looking forward to the hot fudge but the little bit that was left was runny and certainly not hot. My daughter and Iboth got a dish, probably half to 3/4 full and it was $20. Extremely disappointing; we definitely won't be going back to thisparticular store, and probably not any. Read more

The yogurt was good and there were a lot of choices. However...the tables and chairs were absolutely disgusting. There were... multiple people in the back and they were not busy at all. I don't understand how it got so dirty or why none of the multiplepeople working couldn't clean up. I took it upon myself to clean a couple tables and some chairs. Read more

Here at 9:15pm and the doors are locked. The girl inside saw us, looked annoyed, came to the door and yelled ?we are closed?.... Seems like this is a reoccurring issue at this store from the other reviews. Read more

Worst experience I?ve had. After choosing my flavour I walked up to the counter to choose my toppings and the young female... workers said ?why are you even here?. The three ladies proceeded to eat chips and crackers behind the counter. They also wereeating toppings out of the containers, and talking about very personal things at a very loud volume, while also sitting on thecounter. Read more

WORST Orange Leaf experience I have ever had!!! Would give 0 or 1/2 star if allowed. I visited this location last night. The... indoor and outdoor trashcans were overflowing and dripping their contents on the floor by the front door. The employees werevery obviously irritated to be there. 3 of the flavors in the machines were empty and when asking one of the employees about itthe response was "the machines have been acting up all day" however, you could clearly see they were empty. At 9:15 when closingat 10pm, one of the employee's starting spraying the machines with Clorox cleaner and then placing rags over the drip trays soshe would not have to do it again, even though new customers were still coming in. The other employee went and filled her yogurtcup 3 times and was eating behind the counter by the register in the matter of maybe 20/30 minutes was there. Veryunprofessional, again worst experience at an Orange Leaf EVER!!! Read more
