My experiences at this location have actually been quite good. I can't say that for every location. They have yet to botch our... orders or to forget things in the drive up. I give the staff full marks for being prompt and on the ball. I hope that they arerecognized by the company for their efforts. Read more
Great service. My order was placed and food ready in less than 5 minutes. Super friendly staff
Typical fast food place. Staff seemed friendly enough. Placed order, got drinks and sat down. Order came right out. The tables... number was not picked up and just left in the table by the employee. I opened the burger up. Attached is how much grease leakedinto the container from them to our table. Took eating it with 3 napkins under the bottom to soak up what kept dripping outgrasses wise. Don't think I'll be going back to this place anytime soon. Read more
First time I?ve been to this one?. Though it was late and they were closing soon, I asked for my food fresh and it was delivered... that way. The employees didn?t get an attitude that I asked for it fresh- they were friendly, and I?ll definitely come back. =] Read more
Partially our fault for not double checking the order till we were back at the hotel, but only one of the 2 cheeseburgers we... ordered plain were actually plain. was too late in the night to bother trying to get it fixed. Read more
I?m ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches but they gave me 2 cheeseburgers?? When I came back, they said something to each other... and laughed and joked and said "I messed up my order and I'm sorry". don't cheat people who pay cash i think they put 9 dong onthe computer but when they give the wrong value to cheat in cash. or the second thing is that they are lazy to make chickenburgers because they are not available like cheese burgers. The two people working there were truly trying as hard as they could. I can't fault them for our 'okay' experience in the... slightest, for it wasn't their fault. McDonald's should really schedule more people to help with their dinner rush here. Read more
