If you haven't tried this sandwich eatery I suggest you do.I had the club and it's one of the best sandwiches I've tried. Bread... is fresh and several options there, and the sauces are incredible. Terrible customer service. Their delivery person didn't deliver the entire order and then refused to send someone to complete... the delivery that was paid for (they have a delivery fee). Not only did they not include all meals ordered. They forgot to putdressings with the salad. So $12 for a takeout box of deli meat, lettuce, and fruit that I could've gotten at Walmart for abetter price. Do not recommend as they don't want to admit to their mistakes and then you have correct their errors. Read more
The food is okay. The employees are CRANKY. We got in line to order, and a woman from inside the kitchen yelled at everyone in... line because she didn?t like where the line had formed. So we moved and were met with more scolding because she wanted the lineone foot further to the left (I wish I was exaggerating). Hard to spend money at a place where you get yelled at for trying toplace an order. Read more
I had the Italian sandwich with the mac and cheese for the side. The sandwich was good but got soggy and got to room temperature... fast with all of the toppings and oils. I would recommend getting the toppings on the side for takeout orders. The mac andcheese was good. Everything was a bit pricey but not too bad. I could hardly understand the kid that was taking my order andsaw a lot of employees standing around doing nothing. Customers think about things like that when we pay $11.00 for a sandwichand side that cost just a couple of dollars to make. I'll try again in the fall. Read more
6/11/2022 Stopped by to collect my birthday cookie ???? and had the Ham & Cheese melt with potato salad. The food was good and... the cashier was really cute. We've been treated well over the last couple of years. Plus one star ???? 5/19/2020 This was myfirst time here. I don't usually go to places like this, but my wife wanted to go so guess what, we went. :) They have a niceselection of deli type fare, most of which didn't appeal to me, but I finally settled on the Ham and Cheese Melt, fruit cup, andan ice tea. We eat out a lot and I don't like getting in behind people, like me, that aren't familiar with the menu, but therewasn't anyone behind us so that was good. The cashier was very patient with our indecision. Anyway, the Ham and Cheese Melt wasactually good, so if we go back that?ll probably be what I get. The prices are what I would consider a good value, the facilitywas clean, the staff, as I?ve already alluded to, is helpful and friendly. The location is easy to get to and get out of. Mywife didn?t want me to give a bad rating because she knows I wasn't excited about going here. I try to be fair but all of myreviews are colored by my preferences. I did ask my wife how she?d rate the place if she was rating it. She say?s it?s a solid4 or maybe five stars. But she doesn?t do reviews. Since I?m the reviewer I go with what I prefer. But, if you like salads andfancy sandwiches at decent prices I?ll bet you?ll like this place so you should give it a try. Read more
The food was ok, and the service was good. We had the spicy southwest chicken and Angus beef sandwich. I did like the southwest... chicken much better, but for the portion and sides that it came with, it was a bit expensive. Among other deli?s I have been to,they had the more remodeled seating area, which was nice. It was probably my first and last time dinning with them due thequality and cost. Read more
This was my first time trying McAlisters. The staff was attentive and polite. I ordered the steak and white cheddar which... apparently is new. It was quite delicious! It was warm and toasty, loaded with plenty of meat. The chibata was soft and airy,not too heavy like some I have had before. I also got a tomato and cucumber salad on the side which was refreshing and it wasn'toverly acidic. I will def be coming back here. Thank you! Read more
Lunch was very good. Soup and salad are nice portions. The 1/2 chicken salad was enough solo!
