Had to drive across town to get LJS because ours said their employees have not shown up yet. Came here and ordered our food in... the drive thru, had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring the food out. Got all the way back home and we were missing two sidesfrom our 12pc family meal I paid over $40 for. Disappointed to drive that far and pay that much and didn't get what I ordered. Read more
The only LJS worth visiting. Food cooked correctly and quickly. Staff is knowledgeable. Manager is always looking for ways to... make the experience better. Hush puppies not over cooked like most other locations. Read more
Although the portions seemed smaller, food all tasted great. With that said, customer service could definitely use some... improvement. The employees don't seem keen to help anyone that isn't white. I know it's Nebraska, but truck drivers of allraces have to stop and eat on their routes. Read more
I went through the drive thur and placed my order. They told me to drive around and they would bring it out to me when they got... it done. I waited over 20min and they brought out someone else's food, I asked where my food was and she asked me what Iordered so I told her. They finally brought it out to me. It was cold and over cooked. Great drive-thru service even though there was only one person working in the entire place last night (Monday). I had to wait a... few minutes for my food which was no big deal because the lady working didn't skimp on anything. Both of my tacos, which weredelicious, were full of food and very well put together. Sometimes food is messy when they hand it to you even with a full staffhowever I was quite impressed! The baja fried fish and the sweet chili shrimp tacos are definitely worth the trip. Seriouslysome restaurants can't compete with these in my opinion. Read more
I drove all the way from 94th and military because the store on 132nd and maple closed before 7:30 at night. When I got there,... very friendly and said they will always be open for the posted hours and told me it might be a bit for food since they aremaking to order. Best fried fish hands down. I ordered the 3-piece fish with fries and coleslaw. I had to wait about 5 minutes(read the whole... review) but i did not mind. Fish Came out fresh and hot. My only minor complaint was they skimped on the french fries. I askedfor more fries and they gave me more fries though. Don't let them skimp on the fries. Horrible service and had to give order multiple times. Waited so long for the order that I had to pull away and run to the... nearest gas station to use the bathroom. And when I got back they told me they're closed until I reminded them of what my orderwas. When I got my order finally it was sparsely filled and was not of an even decent quality Will never go back here again andadvise anyone not to go there either. Read more
