I went through the drive thru and ordered food, when we got home I noticed I was shorted a sandwich, and my soup was cold! Went... to call the store to tell them and there is no phone number listed online, or on the receipt. My husband drove back up there andthe kid behind the counter was confused as to what was going on. My husband explained what had happened and the manager cameover but didn't seem to care and very nonchalantly said "sorry about that"... he offered my husband a brownie for our troublebut still didn't seem to care at all! They re-made the missing sandwhich, which was a mess when we opened it and and the ladyworking behind the counter microwaved my soup (which was still not even warm when he got back home). So first time I was there last week and it was great. Gave me double portions of meat and cheese for no extra charge. Today I... just stopped by and went through the drive through. ordered a #2 and it should have cheese. Nope, only on half and very littlemeat. How do you miss the cheese on just one half? A cup of chicken noodle soup $6.75....way overpriced. A royal treat sub that was loosely wrapped falling all over inside a bag... handed to me with a broken handle....very under impressed...one and done here...nice new building. A bunch of teenagersmanaged by a 20 something. Read more

I know they just opened. Glad to have a little king nearby but they have a lot of kinks to work out. I was the only car in... their drive thru. Got home and was given someone else's order. They don't even have a phone number posted to contact them. Read more
11/8/2022 It's been years since I've been to a Little King ???? and now there's a new one just a little ways away. Had their... Steak Philly and talked to Jess who gave me a tutorial on how their rewards program works. There's an app, but it doesn't work,so what you do is go into the store and they have a log so that when you visit you log in with your phone number. After you get8 visits, only one visit allowed per day, then you get a free sandwich. I'm excited to have another place to go. Kid taking order at drive thru kept interrupting, and could not understand that we were trying to order 3 different sandwiches,... he told us if we didn?t like the way he was taking order to just leave, so we backed out of drive thru and left? Very rudestaff, asked for kids name because we know the owner, but would not tell us his name. I could direct reps that I work with withto order hundreds of dollars worth of meals for staff at our office, but not happening if this is they type of people theychoose to have work for them.Just a suggestion to maybe teach the employees customer service. New store at 82nd and Dodge Verydisappointing. Read more
