Did an online order for a 6pm pick up, never received the notification or email that it was ready, started calling the store at... 605pm every 5 minutes for 40 minutes and no one ever answered. At 645pm went to the store to find out what was going on and theynever made my order even though at 556pm the online system showed it was being finished up. Didn't get an apology, explanationor anything about my order. The food overall is good but this is the second time this has happened where my order wasn't readywhen it was suppose to be. Not sure if I want to try again here or just try the other pizza place that is basically across thestreet. Read more
I go inside and order a 3 meat pizza. I go out to my car and wait about 10 minutes. I go back inside and the cashier yells out... "3 meat pizza". I say that it's mine. A white lady stands up and says "I've been waiting". Cashier says that the pizza is forthe person who did a walk in order. The woman says that she ordered online. I tell her "I literally just walked in and ordered.You just seen me a few minutes ago. And you said it's for the walk in... that's me. The white lady says well I need my pizzanow. She looks at me... and hands MY PIZZA to the white lady. I said dude that's my pizza. The cashier says "welp you should'vesaid something". I said I did! I just told you! She said "okay well thats your problem don't know what to tell you"... then mademe wait another 10 minutes to get another pizza made.. Read more
Excellent service, fast, waited about 3 minutes from when I gave my order and it was ready.
I normally try not to give a bad review but last night I had got a cheese pizza, my daughter is in the middle of eating it when... she pulls a hair out of her mouth. Thinking you know it could be one of ours I go back and check the pizza. About 3-4 small babyhairs on our pizza! So I call them, surprise no answer. Called a couple more little Caesars see if I can get corporate number.Not one store answers their phone. Read more
Great fast food place to stop grab and be on your way. Always hot and fresh, pieces might not be cut right all the time but one... cant complain about the price and or the pizza that they get. Over all since they opened and ive been going there ive only raninto one issue. And mtr of fact it wasnt actually my issue it was some kid that had came thru. And I had step in and stand upfor the kid. But over all it wasnt bad and they apologized to the kid and everyone involved within the situation walked awayhappy. Read more
