I came in and had to yell back to get someone to take my order. It was about 7 pm. The kid took my order clocked out and left.... No, have a nice day. I hope you like your breadsticks. Tried to call in order no answer. Get there kids at counter says "we usually don't answer the phones". Ordered 2 pizzas and... cheesy bread. Didn't look at pizzas. Dropped one off for wife at work went home to find this debacle in a box. Cheesy bread washot and fresh though. Took the Pizza back and told a new kid that I wanted the entire order replaced he agreed. He tried to justgive me the pizzas and not the cheesy bread the second time after I explained to him replacing the cheesy bread was compensationfor the 40 minutes of driving I had to do he went and got the cheesy bread that he had just cut. Worst Little Caesars pizza I?ve had. Definitely not going to this location again. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Picked it up as... soon as it said it was ready. Got home and it was all burnt and completely dried up. Waste of money. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and crazy bread. Pizzas were delish. Crazy bread was hard as rock with little to no cheesy seasoning. You... could tell it had been sitting around for AT LEAST 5 hours. This was upsetting because the store had employees hanging out andchatting. I don't normally care about unprofessionalism but when I pay money for something inedible, it doesn't make me happy. Stood at the counter for several minutes with several workers seeing I?m clearly waiting to be helped. Finally have to say ?any... way you can tell me if my pizza is ready?? Kid nearest me doesn?t even look at me & with his back turned says ?what?s yo name?? They chat for a bit without saying a word to me for several minutes. Finally another kid comes up and finds it. Ready and hot(well not any longer) all along. 8 minutes later I walk out with my warm/cold pizza. Read more
They don?t answer phones. I finally got someone to take my order but they kept repeating it back wrong and then they hung up on... me out of their own frustration. I drove all the way to the store only to find out they did not make my food. What a horriblyran store. Will NEVER go back. UPDATE**** If you are lucky enough to get a pizza from here then that?s awesome. If you don?twant to waste your time, try Pizza Hut on 84th and Q. They are really nice, solidly ran and the food tastes better. Plus theyanswer the phone!! Read more
These kids at the counter are literally turning customers away at the moment telling them ?we are not taking orders right now?... just because they are backed up and having troubles communicating from the counter to the kitchen. . That?s 4 customers nowturned away while waiting for my 2 hot n readys. As a business owner I would be livid to see customers turned away because staffcan?t communicate through a single dinner rush. This location has gone down hill. We won't be back. No "hot & ready" pizzas ready at all. Undercooked & gross. Kid employees... standing around talking or on their phones with customers lined up & no pizzas ready. Unfortunate since we used to love them.Garbage. Read more
