So disappointed in Krispy Kreme these days. Lobby isn't open, drive thru only. Out of half the donut options they use to carry.... Asked if they had 3 different kinds of donuts and they were out, settled for glazed as that's apparently what they hadavailable. Got to window, hand the lady a $20 bill for a $14.99 order total - was handed back a $5 and she says "Sorry we areout of pennies". Wow, just wow. Poor management apparently. You go to a place for years , get to know the people. Company buy out let's go of the half owners change the hours and all the... prices. Please bring back Karen and Jim, and.open at 530 . The inside dining was closed to customers due to short staffed. We went thru the drive thru. The young lady working the window... was pleasant and had a smile the entire time even while the manager behind could be heard cussing about another customer behindus in the drive thru line. The manager could use some hospitality training. She did think to turn the mic off so the customersshe was complaining about couldn't hear her. Read more
We went through the drive thru yesterday since the lobby was closed, got a dozen donuts, 6 out of the 12 were the wrong donuts.... Similar experience the time before about a month ago. @KrispyKreme do better for your customers and your employees. I went to this location to redeem my free birthday dozen, with the... email that Krispy Kreme sent proving it, and because the system wouldn?t redeem it in the app the manager said she wouldn?tallow it to be used. As a restraunt manager I also know that the store easily could have afforded to hand out a dozen plaindonuts just to make the customers day as a customer opportunity. The manager was not friendly at all and doesn?t give a goodimpression for the employees by that attitude. Read more
The 120th location has some workers that might come off a little rude but the donuts are on point!! I love when they serve fresh... warm donuts. It's hard to wait to eat them. I usually end up eating almost half the dozen of donuts in the box before I gethome. I know...it's a fat move but I don't care. Their donuts are amazing!! Read more
Very clean restaurant. Kids love watching the donuts be cooked and glazed. This location was really nice and a great... experience. You can get your anytime of the morning fix from 5:30 am - as late as 12 am on Friday and Saturday morning! Lucaswas real awesome and took great care of us and our order! Read more
