It's KFC...the food has been the same for as long as I can remember. The problem is, like all other fast food places, the... prices are now sky high. The staff was friendly, the place was clean. If you are craving a KFC fix, knock yourself out. Butjust remember the for the same price, you can go get yourself a good steak dinner. Read more
Went the Millard location many times over the last few months, August & September 2022, and they were not selling Original... flavored chix due to a pressure cooker breaking down. No urgency to have the problem fixed. They reduced their hours to 4-8pm,and when you call, they don't answer the phone. Very poor management. Read more

Just visited this KFC five minutes ago and had a wonderful experience. The cashier was a positive, friendly young woman who?s... attitude can make a person?s day. My receipt said her name is Asia, so I hope that?s true and the right person is receivingcredit for this. Her customer service skills are incredible. Additionally, there was a young man with longer wavy hair who alsoshared a great attitude and brought my food out quickly. I wish I had more positive customer service experiences like this one.I hope the owner recognizes how great his/her employees are! Read more
