Food was good and the service was nice but they will forget part of your order. Don't leave the window without checking. I was... missing both large fries the last time I went. I went there today and ordered the Mac and cheese bowl with a biscuit. The biscuit was not cooked it was literally a ball of... dough. Also the chicken was literally just fried balls with no chicken. I had no chicken with my chicken bowl. Will avoid thislocation at all costs. Read more
This stop was disappointing. Other stops there have been better, so perhaps it was just a bad day. Service very slow. Ordered... extra- crispy chicken, but discovered when I got home it was regular; the coating was soggy and greasy. Read more
Other than a misunderstanding during the order process (we asked for combo #s and CSR heard number of pieces for the bucket).... Once that SNAFU was straightened out, everything went well and my chicken pot pie was excellent; my wife's chicken sandwich wasexcellent as well. I ordered the 10 PC Bucket, and it was a drive thru order. When I got home, there were only 9 pieces in the Bucket instead of... 10. Those 9 pieces included: a wing, 2 small legs, 2 chicken breasts, and so on. Also, there were hardly any meat in those 9pieces. I paid almost 17 bucks with a KFC coupon. I didn't like those 9 pieces and the price, and all I can say is that it waspretty disappointing. Read more
We ordered online for my birthday to be picked up. I noticed after we paid for it that my mom had picked original instead of... crispy and we wanted 3 things of mashed potatoes and not 2 and a macaroni. So I called right away they had just gotten theorder so they said they could change it and everything would be fine. I was happy until I got home and was helping my daughterwith the baby so I let everyone start eating then I went to make my granddaughter a plate and noticed that it was original notcrispy only 2 things of mashed potatoes. So my son saw I was upset because it was my birthday and called them and called themkept ringing between him and me we called for an hour straight and got no answer. And this wasn't one of there busy timeseither. Won't be calling that one again . Read more
