I was on my way to an event out of the way when I started spitting out little plastic pieces I found in my smoothie. I went all... the way back to juice stop to get a refund and received attitude from Claire because she was confused to why I would bring backa smoothie barely drunk with plastic hair like looking pieces in it. I am disappointed in the service I got and when she triedto give me$5.50 back and I corrected her because it was $6 because I added daily blend I received more attitude. I expect bettercustomer service and understanding when you all are in the wrong. Now I am deterred from coming to thing location because Imight get something extra with my smoothie. Read more

I went to the aksarben location on 7.10.20 around 4:30pm. I ordered 2 smoothies and what I received were not smoothies. I was... sold juice not smoothies. Really? As if it wasn't obvious they weren't thick enough when they were being made. Guess the younglady thought this was okay. So dissatisfied. My last several trips to Juice Stop haven't been that good. I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. I have never been more displeased with the customer service and... smoothie. My smoothie came out like water, absolutely no fruit added to it, and no ice because the smoothie was very warm. Icalled to express my concerns and instead of trying to alleviate the situation with something as simple as offering to make me anew smoothie, my concerns were ignored, I was told there was no corporate or manager to speak to. It is Sunday and these girls are about as lazy as a baby okay. Of course the colored girls hair are so long it?s unsanitary.... There?s only 3 of them and they all have and attitude and just look pure tired. Geez. I?ve been standing in this line fordoordash for 20 minutes.
