I am not usually a Jimmy Johns fan but the food was really good. When u go into the restuarant you can have them correct your... food if they mess up what goes on your sandwich. This is great! We were the only customers in the restuarant. The oneemployee decided to mop the floor while we were sitting there. I am not a fan of this. The mop was drenched and so was thefloor. Came in for lunch knowing their facility is always clean and they are very very polite. I got my order quick. The manager... handled a disgruntle customer who was mad that they hadn't received their food yet due to a large order that the team wasworking as fast and efficient as possible to make and serve other customers. The manager handled it very well and was verypolite and professional. To the guy that was throwing a fit go home and make your self and sandwich if you can't wait the worlddon't revolve around you. Freaky fast? Well yeah of course! But also freaky delicious! The Jimmy John's on south 72nd Street (300 S. 72nd St.) is so good,... really quick and just a totally fun experience. Whether you are dining in or go through their drive-thru or even get itdelivered you're going to be satisfied. Check this place out I mean there's all kinds of locations. This seems to be a consistent issue with this location. I?m not sure I?ve gone back because every single time I?ve gone my order... has been wrong. I?ve never had issues with this location until recently. I?m not sure what?s going on but my visit today drawsthe line and I want to make sure someone knows. I ordered through drive through. I asked for the #16 add Jimmy mustard, Jimmypeppers and oil and vinegar. The person taking my order asked me to repeat it at least three times. She said #6 and I said #16and repeated what to add again. Then I ordered the next sandwich and again, I had to repeat the order multiple times. She wouldrepeat one thing back to me because that?s all she got and it wasn?t even correct. I?m not sure how many times I had to repeatit. I get home about to eat my food and the order is butchered. We asked for jalapeño chips and got original (this happensalmost EVERY time.) Then my sandwich is absolutely wrong. I asked for #16 and even though I had to repeat it multiple times,they still gave me the #6 plus didn?t even add any of the extras I asked for. So not only did they get the extras wrong, but thewhole entire sandwich. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because I have continued to give them chances and every timeit is not what I order. This is a complete waste of food because I do not want the #6 sandwich it only has veggies. So now Ijust wasted my money and still hungry. Disappointed to say the least. A mistake here and there happens, it?s human. But toconsistently mess orders up and now give me the completely wrong food I just can?t understand anymore. Read more
