Very friendly staff, fun music and fast with the food!!
I used to be a 2nd assistant manager out in blair so I know the expectations, when it comes to blow aways when greeting and... saying thank you when the customer leaves. I got a Suttle welcome when I walked in and no thank you when leaving, the employeeon bread on the front line looked irritated and had the look of i didn't want to be here right now. I ordered from the store 2 to 3 times a week I?ve never had a problem before. Today I ordered and at 11:14 I got an email that... it had been received it is now 1216 and I still haven?t gotten my food. I called the store and spoke with the manager Michellewho first told me I live in a gated community and the driver couldn?t get in. This is not true I am literally just a few blocksdown the street from them and I?ve never had a problem getting the food delivered before. She was very very rude and refused togive me the number of her boss who is named Angie but said she would have her call me back. She said they are not allowed togive out that bosses phone number? I am very very displeased does Michelle was extremely rude and kept talking over me. Verypoor customer service. She did call me back and explain that the driver had read the address wrong and that they will be givingme my food but she cannot give me a refund until she speaks to her boss and gets permission. Just left jimmy johns, absolutely horrible, the manager is a clown. Wouldn?t refund my money, Just take a look at my sandwich,... I?ll never be back to this jimmy johns. I?d rather starve. Absolutely do not recommend. Manager needs to be fired! Read more
In the last 4 -5 delivery orders we have requested, the order has shown up an hour and a half or longer after ordering. We have... also had the store call us on several occasions to say they did not have drivers to deliver the order. We can tell thesandwiches were made and sat around for over an hour before someone delivered them due to how soggy the bread was by the time wegot it. If you want JJs it would be best to pick it up yourself from another location, because this location will let you downa majority of the time. Ownership/Management has allowed this location to go completely downhill and is definitely not a goodrepresentation of the Jimmy Johns brand, nor their slogan freaky fast. Read more
The delivery drivers have no idea how to read house number's unfortunately, so the food you pay for usually ends up somewhere... else. Multiple occurrences with multiple delivery drivers, if you want a sandwich this bad just stop by and get it....better yetgo down the street a bit to the yellow and green sandwich spot. Read more
The food is good of course but the service has really gone down hill lately. A few months ago we went in to order food and when... we got to the counter we were ignored by the employees we stood there for about 5 minutes and didn't even get a "hello" or "beright with you" so we left. Today we decided to give it another try and order food by delivery. It took about an hour (we livepretty close) and the driver wasn't very friendly. If you want good food but don't care about getting good service, this is yourplace. Read more
Got my order wrong, and by the time I was half way through the Italian club the bun was disintegrating from how wet and oily the... sandwich was. Totally regretted my late night craving. Disgusting. Read more
