Never coming back to this location again. A few months ago I left a review about the 15 minute wait with an app order through... the drive through. Gave it a try again today. 20 minutes this time. Took an hr to get delivered and when delivery driver arrived he dropped the food off in an unoccupied part of the building left... it on a table and didn't say anything have no idea how long my food sat there and even delivered the wrong item and drink wascompletely watered down by the time the food was discovered tried calling twice when I couldn't find my food after an hr ofwaiting and was immediately put of hold both times I waited on hold for 15 mins each time before I hung up. Poor experience at this location today (6/22/22). Order not taken correctly after repeating multiple times. Workers too lazy to... bring food to the "pick up" sign. One playing with her hair after making food. Find a different location for your JJ's! Read more
I ordered an 8? BLT on French bread and they screwed up the order by making it into a wheat bread sandwich. They said that?s... what the ticket said. Well I never change my orders. I had to pay an additional monies for the right one. This location sucksand the manager never made an attempt to offer me the right sandwich. I ordered over $200 in party trays online a week prior to a birthday party. I called the day before just to make sure everything... went through as I ordered online. I spoke with a girl who said she was the manager but I do not believe she was the way shespoke to me when she said my order is not at their store. I went to the store to show her my order number and onlineconfirmation and she still insisted they do not have my order. Finally a gentleman working called a manager who found my orderonline within 30 seconds and she acted annoyed. I came 20 minutes early for pick up the next day and said kindly I was justearly to pick up my order but will wait if it is not ready. A different young girl was working and said very rudely my order isnot ready and will not be ready until my exact pickup time in 20 minutes, which is fine I understand but she was very rude aboutthe situation. I ordered a sandwich and added cheese. After picking it up and about half way through eating it, an employee (I believe his name... was Nick, I apologize of that isn't his name), called me to inform me he forgot to put cheese on my sandwich and offered $3towards my next sandwich. This was very kind of him as I hadn't even noticed there wasn't cheese. I truly appreciate theinitiative he had to call me and inform me of his mistake.
