Ordered food to be delivered, after an hour and a half, decided to just cancel the order. Abysmal.

Um not be mean or sound rude but the last 2 times iv orderd food. It reaked of cigarettes. Like I had to throw my bag away it... made me want to vomit it was nasty. Like I don't want to have that smell on food I'm supposed to be eating. Read more
Typical Jimmy John's, meaning the sandwiches were great, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. Short of... bribing me with free food, I'm not really sure how they could improve. Well maybe a switch to Pepsi. Read more
Bread tastes weird and rubbery. It seems like meat sits out for a long time not being chilled so it tastes like bacteria and... makes my teeth itchy. Overall would choose subway where I can at least get my sandwich toasted and it's not overpriced. Read more
Two weeks ago we ordered from this store only to receive a call one hour after we ordered to tell us that it would be another... hour until we received our two sandwiches. I had to call to find out. What was going on. I talked to the manager and wasoffered a refund, an "I'm sorry" and we "only have one driver". Tonight we ordered again and the order took 45 minutes toarrive. We live just a mile from this location. I may be overly harsh so I will give two stars instead of 1. The draw for usis the speed. I have to give these guys some love. This have been my Jimmy Johns since I started going to Jimmy Johns over 10 years ago. I've... watched dozens of employees going in and out of that building, and never once have I not enjoyed my food, or not enjoyed thecompany of the staff. I generally go with my dad who is a man of many cool or interested t-shirts, they call him "cool t-shirtguy" and we always enjoy some good conversations with the staff as we enjoy or sandwiches. This place is great for solo or groupof 10 to enjoy a decently priced sandwich which fills you up but doesn't drain your wallet. Average cost per person is generally10$. Read more
