Love HY-VEE, but hate this location. Tons of price mistakes at this location. Horrible front end customer service. No one is... ever at the self checkout and when you flag someone over, they are extremely rude. All other Hy-Vee locations give you the itemfor free if it rings up wrong. Not this location. The 156th and Maple and the 178th and Pacific stores are amazing, thislocation should just be avoided. Read more

Hy-Vee Grocery Stores have a high quality of food with fair prices. Well worth going to and enjoying, as well as the customer... service of the people. Plus what is nice is there are real people at the checkouts, not as many of the self-check outs. If Iwanted to check out my own stuff, i would be working as one. We were recently married in March 2018, we didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on a cake. We only ended up paying around... $315 for our cake, and it was well worth it. The cake was delicious (marble with buttercream frosting), and it was decoratedbeautifully. The woman in charge of the bakery did an excellent job of interpreting our wishes, and making our visions areality. I've posted a picture to support my claims. We would highly recommend this Hy-Vee bakery, if you're on a budget, butwant a high quality product. The bakery department at this location deserves to be recognized. Read more
