Came here around 7:40pm on Tuesday to try their $2 tacos. I normally sit at the bar, but it was full so the hostess sat me at a... regular table. I waited 15 min and no one had come over to take my order, or acknowledge me so I went back to sit at the bar.Another 5 min before I was greeted. I ordered 2 chicken on fried flour with jalapenos and sour cream. The food came out reallyfast and wasn't really warm. The tacos tasted as good as Good Lifes and Addys, but were way over priced. I spent $8 on 2 tacos,when normally the other places don't charge that much to add sour cream and jalapenos. I was a little upset at how long Iwaited to eat, as I had just finished a 17 hr shift was hungry and tired. It took forever to get the bartenders attention tocash out, even tho there were only 3 of us at the bar. I like supporting local businesses, so I'll give them another try so Ican try other dishes. Extremely disappointed. My family and I try to patronize local restaurants and were craving Mexican. The restaurant was busy... when we arrived but we were still seated quickly. That's where the wheels fell off. When the waiter came over he didn'tintroduce himself and was busy looking around instead of at us (had to look at the bill to discover his name was Javier). Hetook our drink order and then took our food order. Once again he was distracted and seemed annoyed when we asked questions aboutthe food. The food came quickly which was good. Cue further disappointment. The burrito and enchiladas tasted completely blah.The $11 margarita was mostly bottled mix (the bartender in the family ordered it). The best parts of the meal were the chips andsalsa and the Dos Equis Amber but it's hard to screw up store bought chips, salsa and beer. Honestly, I'd rather have Taco Bellor LA Mesa. Read more
Love this place, Food is delicious!We are regulars, I come in with my toddler he Loves the beans. I mostly always order my... favorite which is the chicken tostadas. lemonade is delicious. Pineapple salsa is a must try in the salsa bar. If I could giveit more than five stars I would???? Love it! Read more
Pepsi ick Chilaquiles was horribly salty..took 2 bites ..not asked why it was not eaten, not offered to be replaced or removed... from bill. Blended margarita was very weak. Positive was the salsa with chips served when you are seated and the restaurantambiance. Way too costly for one to eat dinner for $62. This is a do not return for us. Read more

Still one of my favorite sit down Mexican Food Restaurants. We always love the chips and dip. Guacamole is almost always on our... order. Their bar drink selection is great, and the Margaritas are awesome. There are so many food choices too. They havesomething for everyone, including the kids. I've personally tried almost everything, and have not been disappointed. I woulddefinitely recommend Sector's to my family and friends. Read more
