10/23/21: We have been customers of Godfathers for many years. That may end after tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas online for... pickup. I looked on the site for a coupon code, but it wouldn't accept it on the order. I added a note to please apply thecoupon. When I went to pick up the pizza, I mentioned that I'd been unable to use the coupon code online. I was told they saw mynote, but they weren't able to adjust the amount I was charged. I asked if they could give us a cookie in place of the discount.The young man at the counter went to ask his manger. He returned saying he was told they couldn't do that. I then asked to speakto the manager. Again he went off to relay the message. He came back and told me she said she was too busy to talk to me. Beforeleaving, I asked the young men at the front counter for the name of their manager. "Cali", they said. When I asked for her lastname, I was told they didn't know. I asked them to go ask her for her last name. Cali again told them she was too busy. Too busyto give me her last name. Too busy to speak to a paying customer. Well I'm not too busy to report this to you. And I'm not toobusy to report this on Google and Nextdoor and Yelp and TripAdvisor and Facebook... If the managers of your stores don't careabout customer service, then Godfather's doesn't care about customer service. When a pizza takes 2 hours to show up and you call the company to complain and someone says it will be comped for the time so... you relay that to the driver and Kelley the manager calls and leave the most unprofessional message I have heard of will makeyou laugh and appreciate other pizza places. I?ve eaten Godfathers for a long time and this place is consistently one of the best. They?ve never gotten my order wrong and... the pizzas have always been cooked right with a good amount of toppings. My only complaint is sometimes the breadsticks are alittle over cooked. Read more
I placed my order at 5:35 pm tonight. It is New Year?s Eve so I naturally expected to wait a little longer than normal. I then... received a confirmation email saying my estimated arrival time was 6:50 pm. Ok. That?s fine. 7:00 pm rolled around and my orderhad not been delivered yet. I called in and was told they were just starting to make my order and would have it me soon. Ok.Cool. 7:45 came and still no delivery. I called again and was told the deliveries just left the store and I should have my ordersoon. I knew there would be a wait, but it is now 8 pm and we are all hangry. I really hope this pizza is worth the wait becauseI am beyond frustrated with how long this has taken. Read more
We ordered a pizza and bread sticks at 4:42 on the phone to be delivered. I was told that it would be here in an hour. The pizza... and bread sticks finally came at 6:20. We were notified in about 1.5 hours that the delivery would be later. When we got thepizza the crust was burnt on the bottom and some on the crust. The pizza was not very tasty to say the least.
