Gather Omaha was delicious. The service here was really great ! I loved their display of the vertical garden downstairs. I got... the truffle pasta which I enjoyed. Their in house grown arugula was a fresh touch added to the dish. I would highly recommendtheir chocolate mousse torte. This is a great place to meet up with friends over good food! I would recommend making areservation ahead of time especially on the weekends because it does get busy here. Read more
This place deserves more than 5 stars ..1st time here and i love it!!Food was delicious very unique combo of textures and... flavors I had the pork shank and OMG...! Fresh and delicious Cocktails..Service is over the top ..manager took time to check onus.. The underground farm just add extra Wow to the whole experience! Pretty impressed by my Valentine's Day meal. Smoked tomato bisque was incredible, as was the blueberry cheesecake. The pichana... on the Valentine's special was great, but the lobster pasta was pretty weird, won't lie about that. Overall I loved it! Willdefinitely return. Read more
Fantastic service and the food was amazing! The daily soup which was a creamy tomato and it was by far the best tomato soup... we've ever had! Also the small charcuterie board was amazing! Loved how abstract the boars looked. Wife had the truffle pastaand I had the vegan noodles. They were both amazing but for the vegan noodles it seemed like it was drowning in sauce. But hadleft overs and threw it in the pan reduced the sauce and it was amazing the second day. Highly highly recommend this place andto check out the basement! Read more
Great space good food and good service. Nothing that wowed me. We didn't order an entree but a couple of appetizers, salads and... soups. The charcuterie was beautiful but nothing on it including the cheese impressed me taste-wise. Tables and chairs feltcheap to me. Maybe a tablecloth would be a good idea. Read more
Red beet & citrus salad with wagyu strip loin steak. I stumbled into a very new restaurant in the Old Market in Downtown Omaha... today. What a pleasant undiscovered surprise. This is my first time trying wagyu beef, and to be honest it's kind of hard toexplain it, other than, an explosion of flavor with every bite. The chocolate mousse torte was nothing short of a crescendo. Mybartender / server Grace was awesome! Gather in Omaha opened in September 2021 and grows their own greens in the basement.Locally-sourced, with great service, great cocktails, amazing desserts at reasonable prices. Check it out! One of the newest businesses in the Old Market. Gather it’s a chic most-try restaurant if you call yourself an adventurer.... It’s pretty busy on the weekends, but we lucked out with immediate bar seating that was very comfortable. The staff was veryfriendly and conversational. Drinks were crafted with precision. The food is a little pricier but the portions are big. Beprepared to spend some money when you come here, but do know you’re getting a nice culinary experience. Bonus: Go check outthe grow in the basement. Bring your drink. Read more
Well, I’m not sure this gets five stars, I didn’t want to lower their average. This place is really good, a creative menu... for both cocktails and food. I had a burger and fries, sound simple, but it was fantastic. Don’t mess with it don’t changeit don’t trick it up the way it comes out is just perfect. Draft beer selection is simple but complementary and in facteverything you need. Next time I’m in town. I’ll certainly come here again. Read more
