Kids pizza was good the kids said and of course the unlimited breadsticks are the best part. I got the baked ziti and it was... very undercooked, as was hard to eat. I had twins toddlers with me and I was starving so just did the best I could to eat what Icould get down. The staff was wonderful. Read more
Clueless staff. Absolutely no drive to serve guests. Food took a long time to arrive, half our table was done eating before... the others food arrived. Had to ask three times for their unlimited breadsticks but each time the server gave us a total blankstare. No napkins were stocked at the station, asked for napkins at front counter and again I was given a look like I had anear growing out of my nose. The place isn?t busy at all. I ordered my meal online, arrived and got my order immediately. Upon inspection of order, I realized some things were missing.... When I told manager, no argument made and my missing items were given. Staff was very friendly and helpful; except for theperson who bagged my order at first. Food was great though! Read more

I reviewed this particular location a long time ago and it was fantastic for Italian fast food. The menu is reduced somewhat... now. There is a severe shortage of help. The staff is nice and tries to keep the ship from sinking. I believe they can not keepup. The cleanliness is lacking. The breadsticks are soaked in oil. The sauce is minimal. The pizza is a bit limp. I'm sure somedays are up to par and deserve credit. But the last few times I've been here have been very hit & miss. I'm offended the priceshave gone up with the quality going down. I've always tipped but it's hard to justify the amount paid the times that aren't thebest it can be. Read more

Really great customer service. Food was great too and it looks like they have an awesome new menu. I tried their keto bacon... pepperoni flatbread pizza with a Caesar salad and it was awesome. My grandson had the spaghetti with meat sauce and a slice ofcheese pizza and he was happy of course and don't forget the breadsticks..!! they now also a gluten-free pasta and they haveboneless and bone-in wings hello ???? oh yeah and mozzarella balls on a stick.. which my daughter had when we took her throughthe drive-thru about an hour later. Went through drive thru. The order taker seemed nice but very new. When at the window the woman who handed me my meal didn't... come off as friendly. But was polite so I'm grateful for that. Food was fantastic, but for the price I paid for a family meal offettuccine alfredo pasta you think adding chicken would not cost me any more. So until you can give a little, Fazoli's, I willgive just 3 stars. Read more
