Austin and Cameron were Awsome! They were 10 familys deep and they we getting everything everyone needed with a smile on there... faces. Breadsticks were awsome, special ordered some ravioli with meatballs and aldeado sauce, was made perfectly. Read more
Haven?t been to Fazoli?s in years. Lucas gave us a warm welcome back, brought us some of the world?s okayest fettuccini Alfredo... really fast and topped it with fresh parmesan cheese. Brought us extra bread sticks and was very courteous. Dining room wasclean with employees proactively taking out the trash. Would recommend! Read more
I tried to order two children's meals, ravioli. I wanted one with meatballs and the other with sausage. The woman did not know... how to ring it up.... Took a full 10 minutes online. Then, asked what drink I wanted with it and I told her apple juice. I getto the window she gives me my total and I think it's too much but she assures me she's running up correctly so I take the orderand go home. It was hardly any meat sauce on the ravioli at all, both were cold, not lukewarm cold. And, she charged me $1additional on each meal for the drink, which was supposed to be included. The kitchen had just closed and the store had shut down and closed out the register. Despite this, Cecilio was able to bring... great customer service to the table and provided me with a few drinks and such as an apology for not being able to serve me.Will return again and thank you for the understanding, empathy and foodie smiles. ???? Pretty good Italian themed "fast food". Haven't been to a fazoli's in a while and was reminded you can get good the tasting... food, quickly, at a reasonable cost. The bread sticks I could eat all day!! Read more
