Super disappointed and sad! We are from out of town and ordered birthday cookies to be delivered to our son - to share with... employees. COMPLETE failure on their part! - they were still sitting there waiting to be delivered when I called at 4:30! andnow his birthday is over! I have no recourse beyond this - the first review I have ever written - and never using Eileensagain. I feel super disappointed and sad. Just went in to purchase some cookies & the lady at the cash register was not very friendly. I noticed there were no frosted... sprinkle cookies left, but there was a frosted cookie & she refused to offer to put sprinkles on the cookie for me. She alsoseemed very rushed & I watched her roll her eyes a couple of times as customers walked in. It was 5:30 when I had entered, 30minutes before close, I am not sure why she was in such a hurry.
