This quite possibly is the most poorly owned and managed Dunkin? Donuts in all of Omaha, if not the Midwest. Second weekend in a... row that we?ve ordered online for pick up and they?ve completely got our order wrong. They consistently are understaffed andtoday they had two staff and we had to beg them to unlock the front door to allow us in to get our online order for pick up. Ifeel for the employees because they take the abuse from the customers, but this problem is clearly with poor leadership andmanagement who can?t seem to hire and retain key talent so as to keep a functional and respectable business open. This locationis a black eye on the Dunkin? Donuts brand name. Ownership should be held accountable for putting out such a poorly supportedstore location. Read more

I go to this dunkin once every week and sometimes more than that, and i have been for many years since i live relatively close.... I always order ahead on the app for their rewards, and pick it up in the drive through. Lately the employees have not been veryfriendly and today and picked up an order for myself and my boyfriend which were both incorrect, and the lady was real rude andhanded me my drinks as quickly and forcefully as possible. This is your job in which you are getting paid to meet customersexpectations, regardless of if you are having a bad day. Normally it wouldn?t be a big deal if the drink is slightly off, but ipaid extra for my cold foam so id like them to make it how i ordered it. I didn?t bother going back just to get attitude. Therewas the tiniest squirt of cold foam on both drinks. Like i mean it didn?t even cover the top of the coffee, and the lids wereregular lids. This dunkin has really gone downhill. Donuts are good, a little over priced, but the service and management disappoints. The latest, myself and another customer... waited inside for the worker to take our orders. The girl finally came over and said she was the only one working and we wouldneed to use the drive through. Your kidding, there was no one in the drive through. Poor service. We'll we humored her. WhenI get my chance to order I started listed off my order, which they had nothing I wanted. Poor management. I'll be usingWinchell's or other options in the future. Read more

Cannot stand this particular location. Had to switch to a different location farther away from work just to get a basic coffee.... This location used to have terrible wait times but that improved tremendously. However, the customer service is worse than whatit used to be. The current girls that work in the mornings act like working is the worst thing ever and they have such terribleattitudes. Most people don't want to be greeted with that first thing in the morning. The promotion on the app right now is freecoffee Wednesdays and I've had to throw it away the last few times because it was so gross. I'm not a barista but I don'tunderstand how you screw up such a basic order. The coffee is already premade and you pump the syrup into the cup? I don't evencustomized or ask for special requests. Just order whats already on the menu. I do not like confrontation so instead ofcomplaining to the workers I have just requested my money back via the app and customer service has been very nice to work with.I'm sure if I complained it wouldn't be corrected anyways. Went early this morning and there were no other customers so that was a surprise. We ordered 4 different donuts and 5... munchkins. 2 of the 4 donuts were correct and everything we ordered was thrown in one bag upside down. Super messy and notoverly friendly. Pretty disappointing since there were no other customers and at least 3 employees standing around. Read more

I?m perplexed. Every DD I go to except for ONE in Raleigh NC years ago is as inconsistent as can be with the Bacon/egg/cheese... croissant. This location has been no different. Some mornings it?s decent, some mornings it will have one, thin, burnt piece ifbacon. Some mornings it will be hot. Some mornings it will be cold. This morning I got one that was ice cold except for thecroissant. I circle back and tell the girl and there?s no ?I?m sorry sir let me fix that for you?. I get looked at cross-eyedand told ?that?s weird because I just made it?. I tell her to feel it for herself and she says she can?t and she will make meanother one. She hands it to me, I say ?thank you?, and I get nothing. I?m not fishing for apologies here. I?m fishing foranywhere near standard customer service. Make the food correctly the first time, smile and say ?you?re welcome?, or ?myapologies, I?ll make that right for you?. In my line of work, if I treated my customer base this way I would lose them. It?ssad that companies get so big, things like this don?t matter. I?m successful because I?ve created Ravin Fans for customers. WhenI screw up, I own it, I make it right and go above and beyond, and then I go about my day. EDIT- 7/27/22 Don?t ask me why Idid it, I guess curiosity killed the cat. 3 thin, unseasoned pieces of bacon. Cold cheese. Just garbage. Threw it away and willnever be back. Of course there?s no response to the reviews here, because it?s a chain and they just don?t have to. People willshow up for their garbage food no matter what, because of the name. Sad. Do not waste your time ordering ahead for pickup. Placed an order the night before was charged immediately for it and when I got... there the lobby was locked and had to wait in a 20 minute drive thru line only to be told when I got up there that they didn?thave the order ready even though the app told me it was. They then allowed me to come sit inside while they took their timemaking the order because they were busy and those orders in line take precedence. Don?t offer order ahead then. I would havebeen in and out if I just did my order at the line but I couldn?t leaved because they already charged me $60 Read more

This place is great, mainly because of the staff! Super friendly and always get my order right! The coffee is good but the... service is what makes them shine. Now if only they would add a tip option to the app... I mean cummon corporate, ppl don't carrycash, you know this! Allow customers to tip if they want (if Starbucks can do it so can you!). Keep it going girls! You guysrock! Even my furkids get excited by DD! Read more
