Terrible Service! I used the app to purchase donuts and pastries. Everything online shows opens at 4:30am at 5:53am still... trying to pickup my prepaid order via app. I called the store at 5:30am to ask when they are opening to pick up order was toldwe probably are not opening the lobby today (no sign on doors or anywhere) they told me I needed to got through drive thru. 30minutes of sitting behind 3 cars in the drive thru and still haven?t gotten to the window to pickup my order. Staff thatanswered the phone was NOT courteous and had an attitude behind there tone. I grew up on the East Coast getting Dunkin Donutsand I was extremely happy when they expanded into the Omaha area. This was the last time that I order through the app and thislocation. I hope that it is just problems with this location and not that the chain has went this far down the rabbit hole. Read more
Went to the location on 72nd near NFM. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Obviously the time of day you get... donuts will affect the freshness. Their Boston Cream donut is my favorite. Their coffee is delicious and goes great with anyof their cake donuts. Read more
Didn't have any of the donuts from our online order. Machine for jelly filled donuts and frozen coffee machine was broken. Won't... ever be going here again, over priced and could've gotten better donuts at any gas station. No variety. Garbage company. Wouldgive negative stars if I could. Read more
Dear Dunkin' how about you hire more than 2 people to work a busy Friday. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive through is a little... over the top. As I was leaving I counted 8 cars in the drive through waiting to order. Sad! Read more
After a repeat visits, I can say that the customer service is very good. Easy to order (not a million suggestions like local... competition) when using drive thru, so no long lines, fast, pricing is good and quality of both food and drink has been asexpected or better! The team on site Wednesday morning is particularly great! Enjoy! Read more
2 cars back in line, and I waited 30 minutes until I got to the window!!! I don?t know HOW you take 30 minutes to get through 3... vehicles, it?s ridiculous. This is a pattern for this store. I ordered my one coffee on the app 10 minutes prior, and then theymessed up my drink. The lady in the window gave me attitude when I nicely asked for extra cold foam. This was not a pleasant experience. Waiting 15 minutes to take our order and ten more waiting at the window. Then our food was... burnt. 10 out of 10 will not go here again. What a waste of time and money. Read more
