Honestly the worse dunkin I?ve been to, now maybe I?m Bias living in Boston having the best dunkin coffee but this dunkin was... absolutely garbage the coffee tasted old, donuts were beyond hard definitely not freshly made keep in mind I was there at 8am sothere should be no reason they weren?t fresh and the manager (I think it was the manager) gave me the rudest response telling methis ain?t subway where you have it fresh. I love this Dunkin so much. So much so, that I?m a regular. I?ve gone to many locations in Omaha, and this is the best one. They... always get my order right, they?re great at tackling a long line in the drive thru, and my drink always tastes great (never toowatery, sugary, or bitter). After walking up to the online purchases counter and being stared at by three different employees without anyone asking if they... could help me, I walked over to the regular order counter where someone pleasantly acknowledged me with a smile on her face. Igot my iced caramel macchiato and headed to my vehicle. I noticed it tasted like flavored milk with no coffee in it. I shouldhave known something was wrong because I didn't even see any coffee on top like I usually do. I hit the drive-thru and theyremade it for me. I will say that it tasted better however there ws still very little coffee in it. I didn't bother asking forthem to remake it because obviously the store owners don't care what a Dunkin' Donuts macchiato should be or they would train atleast one person how to properly make a one. Got breakfast donuts on the Friday before Halloween and they were pretty dang good. Everyone in the office enjoyed them!
