I'm done giving Domino's a chance, I only ordered from them b/c their prices were cheaper, but I've had way too many extremely... poor quality pizzas from several of their locations, this location was the latest (Sunday evening). Their pizzas are generallyovercooked, this time there was literally no sauce on either of the pizzas, and why can't your employees use the dough holepuncher correctly to avoid all of the excessive bubbles in your crust. Also when ordering online (every time), using any ofyour promos...your system charges $2 or more extra when you choose a different sauce. I understand a different crust could be asurcharge, but the pizza sauce?!?! This has happened to me several times and some of your associates will correct the pricing,others have no clue what they are doing. And, majority of the time your locations don't answer their phones. I have personallywatched your employees doing absolutely nothing while the phone is just ringing, one employee stated "they don't answer thephone...customers have to order online or in-person". If I could give this Domino's Pizza zero I would worst pizza ever ordered pizza said it was going to be here the receipt says... that it was ready at 7:27 p.m. I didn't get it until after 8:15 p.m. my son was tired and ready for bed when I got the pizza thecrush was so hard and the pizza was cold so I had to go somewhere else to get food to feed my son before he went to bed I willnever go to this place ever ever again I have tried calling three different times and I stay on hold 15 minutes each time then Idecide to hang up don't ever go to this place Read more

UPDATE: Left a Customer Service comment on the Domino's corp website, and they contacted the General Manager who both apologized... for my experience, and informed me that the charge had been refunded. All within 5 hours of my comment to the corp site. Whilestill displeased with my experience, I will give credit where it is due, and say that that General Manager ROCKED hisjob!! AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered a pizza - which never showed up. Called back to get pizza redelivered - confirmed address -corrected the phone number they had on file - and then they never came back. EXTREMELY rude person when I called back again -said it was my own fault for not giving them a good phone number - said he called the number 5 times. I wonder who that idiotwas bothering, since my phone never rang. AND THEN refused to refund my order!! Said I would have to call back in two days tospeak with the General Manager. Read more
Just ordered some late night food from here. Pizza perfect only downside is had to pop wings in air fryer they were kinda... squishy needed probably 3-5 more mins cooking time before delivery. Crisped right up in 4 in air fryer. Read more
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!???????? So my day was pretty lovely and I was CRAVING some thin crust pepperoni pizza so I went to order... online. Mind you, I have ordered this pizzza many times and it has been fantastic. So, I ordered like usual and placed it andwent on the tracker because it has always been accurate. I checked up on the tracker and after 50 minutes(I AM NOT KIDDING) itwas still in the prep stage. Then, it switched to the bake stage and was in it for only 4 MINUTES! WHAT KIND OF OVENS DO U HAVETHAT BAKE PIZZA IN 4 MINUTES!! Then it finally switched to quality check which was passed in like 1 minute which means theydidn?t even check if the quality was good. It was then driven to me and my driver was late by ONE MINUTE WHY WOULD THEY LIE TOME. Then he hands me 2 pizzas????? I only ordered one. I took the 2 and went inside and opened them both up. One was my orderand the other with THICK CRUST EW. And then when I went to look at my thin crust the edges were BURNT! How could it have burntin 4 MINUTES. And as i eat my pizza it is EXTREMELY DRY. If you look the fettuccine is burnt. The pizza is nor even cut right and it coke and Pepsi. Also the delivery diver was rude as... hell. Read more
