Driver came high as hell and hours after i made my order, i had made it at 11:30ish pm and the guy came at damn near 2 am. I... couldn?t even complain because they had turned off the store phones. They also take forever to even start making the food. Read more
Fine until delivery took 45 minutes. Called and talked to manager. He said it would be another 15 minutes. I told him that was... unacceptable and he is replied I am the manager and I would not do anything if I was just an employee. I responded with finallyI would contact the home office and inform them. He didn't care. My bill was $41+. One of the pizzas was fine while the other athin crust sausage, onion, ham missing the ham and burnt ????. Will not use this domino's again. ???????? Read more
Very bad customer service. The Manager was very rude due to his staffing shortages and was obviously having a bad day. I... placed an order and had not received it an hour and a half later after it was orderd. The Manager said it would be at leastanother 20mins before it would even leave the store. I asked him to cancel my order, and to reverse the charges on my creditcard. He said no problem and hung up the phone on me. I will probibly not order from this store again. If they are thatunderstaffed then they should put a real expected time of delivery on there website instead of one they can't even expect tokeep. Read more
I ordered pizza from this dominoes by far the best service I have ever recieved Daniel and his wife sierra are very kind... respectful and attentive. They have exceptional customer service skills. They both gave my daughter candy,compliments made usfeel welcomed. This Dominoes should feel privileged to have them. I also overheard Daniel training one of his new employees andtold her he doesn?t want her staying late on school nights very caring and understanding. Driver forgot my soda and as instructed by the driver, I called the store to request it be delivered, again. The representative... told me 30-45 mins. Keep in mind the store is less than 5 miles away and I already waited 45-1hr for cold pizza. 1 hr goes by, Icalled back to tell them my grievance. The representative laughed and said he would send the driver out right away. I will neverorder from this location again. Read more
