Staff always so friendly. Feels like they have gotten better at cleanup. A few too many games ate my credits but the employees... are so overworked I don't dare ask for credit back. Yet they still smile so 5 stars for a fun night from me. We only do 1/2price day otherwise wouldn't be able to play much because it's overpriced, and even food deals late night...just won't accept mysurvey coupon on those days so that kinda stinks since it means I'll never get to use them :( Read more
Bathrooms were dirty. Food was good, and fresh. Service was mediocre. There were quite a few machines not working. I'd say at... least 5, and I didn't look at all of them. We had an issue attempting to get a glass of water at the bar. The host sent usthere, and both bartenders ignored us for close to ten minutes. Not even so much as a hello, and both stood directly in front ofus more than once. People that showed up after us were acknowledged and helped before we were, so it had nothing to do with howbusy they were. I had to ask another worker for help, who then flagged down a manager who apologized. Completely unacceptable,though. It was downright rude behavior from both bartenders, and for no good reason. Check food deals before adding credits or recharging card. Got a snack and a comfy place to sit for a deal while the kids got... ample credits to play. Prior to our visit, I downloaded the app and gathered random cards from the junk drawer and added them tosee how many accumulated tickets we had. We come for Karaoke on Tuesday nights! We love it because the staff Interacts with everyone creating a good environment for the... people who come to sing and watch others sing. Sometimes even the staff will jump in for a song! Dave and Busters in Omaha hassome singing talent! The Manager Jeff is awesome and encourages my daughter to sing.
